It's ridiculous.
even with his bad shooting, he wasn't taking bad shots and his defense was always strong.
There's no reason at all why he shouldn't be getting at least 20 mpg

Rookie wall? Maybe he's dragging ass in practice or something. Also he seems reluctant to shoot and/or teammates are reluctant to give him the ball because he never seems to shoot just looking at the past box scores as any indication.

Tons of things don't make sense here really. KCP is our best defensive wing, and is a floor spacer (at least as much as Singler or Stuckey is), so he should be getting heavy minutes at both wing positions. Singler is our best fit at SF, so he should be playing most of our SF minutes. Drummond should be getting post touches early in the game so that he can at least get some in game experience without worrying about late game hacking.

I feel like there is a mandate that Smith must start, or we're trying to tank. Singler simply doesn't make sense over KCP here.

I really don't know what to think.

Also Loyer probably believes that if Pistons make the play-offs he earns an extension/full time gig here and thus is trying to win at all costs rather than worrying about developing the kids.

Loyer thinks he's running a college team.

Bynum is needed because Jennings has become virtually useless.

Thats how bad this has gotten.

He's a shooting guard who shot .297 in February.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

For the rest of my life, part of my brain will think KCP went to jail.

Because all we need to straighten out this team is another coach, one who's never coached.

Not at all, but it would be pretty funny if the Pistons fired their head coach twice in one season. I am not sure this has ever happened before, time to make history. ;)

I'm all about making history, hire sheed to finish it out, we're getting a lottery pick we're like two losses away from dropping to the bottom 8 teams, we'll get it. KCP is gonna be much better next year I think he's a workhorse who was out of his league this year, e will catch up. We have to fire, or isolate Joe's decision making before we get any real coach. The gores are gonna have to suck it up and pay a top tier coach.
