Any card-carrying casual Packer fan bitches about Finley doing well there if he signs in Seattle is going to get punched by me after all the years of complaining about him.

Agreed. He'd be a good fit there thought, assuming he can stay healthy. Wilson desperately needs some more targets to throw to.

Peppers cut and will cost them $8.5 in dead money this year.

Godgers should take note of this development.

I never complained about him. In fact I was ecstatic when we drafted him. If he goes to Seattle I will cheer for him as long as it doesn't negatively affect the Pack.

Interesting that not a single one of the Packers FA's have signed anywhere else today. Nobody in a rush to overpay our guys.

Probably becausr TT doesn't let his good guys hit FA. I'm sure teams pick up on that.

Hopefully we get Jones for cheap again. It would be insurance and negotiating leverage with Jordy and Cobb next offseason.

I think EDS will sign elsewhere tomorrow, but outside of that, nobody in that top tier out there aside from Finley who has massive known issues. Maybe Raji, I guess.

Sydney Rice made 12 million this year and was cut at a cap hit. Zach Miller's cap number was 12 million for 2 more years before restructuring.

Nobody is immune to garbage contracts.

I love how he is everyone's go to for a bad contract. The dude has a base salary of 2.5 million this upcoming season, it is hardly some backbreaking contract. He isn't paid superstar money or anything here.

I agree, but I'm also not gonna praise him. He offered Raji and Jennings huge contracts also. We can just count ourselves lucky they didn't take the deals.

Wow, Talib to Denver as well on a huge(border-lining insane?) contract. I guess their window is now with Peyton not having too many more years left.

They apparently have a visit with Ware set up for tomorrow too(his only one scheduled so far). I have a feeling they might not let him leave unsigned.

I'm guessing if they got Ware they would no longer be interested in Allen.

Talib got 59 mil and legalized weed. I'm sure he's stoked.

Signing guys like Peppers/Allen/Ware would be a positively Mike Sherman-esque decision.

But I'd be pumped about it, though
