Post#1 » by Nolan » Tue Mar 11, 2014 4:34 am

When: 8:00 PM ET, March 11, 2014
Where: United Center, Chicago, IL

Should be a tough one against Bulls on Tuesday they've been playing some great b-ball on both ends lately.

Go Spurs!!

Agreed. And it's at Chicago. And that team got some really strong defensive players. I don't expect our offense to perform as well. But the Bulls are an awful scoring team, if our guys are focused enough, we should completely shutdown their already awful offense. The score might end up 80-70.

Also worth noting that they're coming off a huge win againts Miami. Like Pop said to the team and Parker after our win againts Miami, he feared that we start things slow after a big win like that and we did, if not for Parker in the 1st quarter. So because of that, I expect the same thing to plague the Bulls. They should start out slow, and that's another advantage for us.

Anyways, I expect the Spurs to win in a closely matched game. I wanna see Kawhi vs Jimmy Butler. I'm sure Hinrich will be on Parker. So Kawhi and Butler might go head to head.

I still can't believe they beat Miami because Hinrich and Boozer played awful that game.

Living in Detroit, I've always hated everything that was the Bulls. But last year and this year's teams I like alot. I love how hard they play and behind Pop, Thibs is my second favorite coach in the league. Also, that interview they did during the Miami game with Noah's father made me like them even more.

I like this resilient Bulls team. Noah has been playing out of this world. Tonight the two best coaches in the league square off. The difference is, we have all of our stars available. Being as Derrick Rose has played a handful of games this season and none last you have to think Tibs knows how to live without him. The Bulls franchise has done everything to tank this year (Deng trade) and yet they are still winning. Tons of respect for that.

If the Spurs can break the stout defense the Bulls have turned into a winning formula I think it will be yet another feather in the hat of this Spurs team. However, I want to get a #1 seed lock before getting too excited. So much HEALTHY basketball still needed before and during the playoffs.

i think Taj just summed up this bulls game with that dunk flop. Shame really, Noah deserves better than this.

Best first quarter we've had in a long long time.

That was a bad end to a good game. Pop was gonna let that last group lose if he had to just to prove a point. Did Danny Green get hurt?

I missed the game because I was at the Piston/Kings snoozer. Nothing about Danny Green on NBA.com.

co_laper called it. Chicago played like crap mostly and we played well until the end, at least from what I see from the highlights and game story.

Great win last night.

As for Green apparently he agitated his right wrist injury. No word on how serious it is yet.

SA was in GODMODE last night

Great win !
Shaq on Duncan:SA won because of TD, a guy I could never break.I could talk trash to Ewing, get in D-Rob's face, get a rise out of Mourning, but when I went at Tim he’d look at me like he was bored and say:“Hey,Shaq, watch this shot right off the glass.”
