team is trash

let ariza and gortat walk, play Otto and hope you can get better pieces down the road with the capspace you get

yall want to be stuck with this roster for the next 4-5 years?

Let Ariza walk sure, but what center better than Gortat could we realistically get? Who would that capspace be going towards?

Gary Neal with 19 points for second straight game (he didn't play against us). Do you think we could have used him off the bench? Guess not.

its less about how good Gortat is and more about the amount of years and money it would take to keep him

If we could trade him that would be one thing--but the center position got huge almost over night. You look at the amount of teams that need a C with a starters salary and it's not many. It's better to keep flexibility open at this point. You never know what opportunities can come around. When you have cap space and draft picks sometimes things just fall in your lap.

When wall decides to suck...he REALLY sucks. Terrible execution on some of these plays.

He doesn't. A little temperamental but he's a good guy. Knew him from his Towson days. Followed his career from San Antonio.

we want to make the playoffs but we're just going to get exposed

the offense is built around Wall sucking in a defense and us just hoping the opposing teams defensive rotations are slow

When teams get to plan for us we're going to look really really bad. It's going to be absolutely tragic how bad Wittman is going to get beaten.

How long until the injury excuses start coming from Turd and Ernie?

We'll finish the season 7th and get bounced in 4 by Miami. What an awesome season, just the way Ernie planned it.

That could've been John's first game winner if he made all 3 free throws.

to be fair, the best point guards of all time have had a hard time winning significantly as the best players on their team

I mean rule #1 to having a superstar point guard is to get a potential superstar frontcourt player before you even think about contending

we will lock into this core though
