Now that Santana is out I think it clarifies our final cuts:
Bench: Sierra, Izturis, Kratz
4th Starter: Hutchison
5th Starter: Ricky Romero (I think this is going to happen especially with a few good outings)
7th Bullpen arm: Rogers
8th Bullpen arm: Jeffress (I don't think AA waives him)
DL: Happ, Perez
It looks like Redmond is going to have to be exposed to the waiver wire, which really isn't the end of the world since he will clear.

SP is likely to be bad again this year, so they'll need the extra BP arm
