Spo ran them into the ground with his smallball, defensive scheme and lack of youth contribution.
We're too spent to give the necessary effort right now. We're playing lazy for 30-40 minutes and then try to pick it up when it's too late. That's not how you win ball games with an undersized team.
Fine, just rest them and hope we'll be fresh for the playoffs. If we can be fresh and spry we're a different team. We'll definitely be hungrier for the playoffs.

Can you elaborate further.
Most of these issues* we're seeing right now during this skid, were there for show in the 8 game win-streak.
* Backcourt struggles;
* Ray & Shane look gassed;
* 3pt shooting has been awful;
* Oden experiment hasn't looked good, except the Magic game;
* Rebounding is atrocious;
I don't think it's sheer coincidence that this skid happens at the same time as LeBron is struggling.
But you don't feel the need for change during a 8 game winning streak.
Even though the issues are there, the feel good moment trumps good sense.
Of course you ignore it and then you need LeBron to go bananas or miracle-shots and major choking from the opposition against all odds.
But when you lose, you can't deny it.
It's time for Spo to step up and do his job instead of just doing this:

The Oden experiment has looked good more often than not. The last 2-3 games haven't been as good but remember he started the Chicago game last month and did pretty well. I blame Spo for his struggles. We have a legit 7 footer who can defend the paint and we still play our stupid position-less defense. Last night I remember there was a stretch when Bosh and Oden were in together and we were still trapping and doubling and that led to a wide open jumper for the Nuggets. Is it too much to ask that we play 1-on-1 and let the two bigs (if we are playing big) simply play their man and protect the paint and rebound?
If there was an official stat for giving wide open jumpers and especially 3pointers, there is no doubt we would be top 3 in that category. We made Danny **** Green look like the FMVP last year with the same stupid defense before finally staying on the shooters in games 6 and 7. And we still didn't change this year. Is Spo really that stupid? Zach Lowe mentioned back in January that most teams have figured out our defense by now and that leads to a lot of open jumpers for the other team. This is the NBA. You can play tough defense for 20 seconds but then you give up an open jumper, players will knock it down and that's what happens to a us a LOT. That must be deflating for the team I imagine as it is for us and we are only watching. You hustle for 20 seconds but then the other team finds an open guy for an open jumper. If I remember correctly, Tom Habserstroh said a while ago that Miami's two big lineups with Bosh/Bird/Oden had fantastic +/- numbers. Even with that we are still struggling because how many times do you see Oden near the 3 point line? It's a joke.

yeah but its hard to change something if that worked before until you experience failure ( in this case losing championships ) , its a common thing in each and everyone of us...

Yeah, but this is elite level competition. You don't think Spurs change their lineups and strategy from year to year? If Spo can't see that we are not the same team we were in 2012 then he is an idiot. If he needs to experience failure once again before we start playing more traditionally then I don't know if he's the right coach. LeBron is older, Wade is slower, our supporting cast is much older. We can't beat teams off athleticism anymore like 2012. A good coach would recognize that this is an older team going for 4 straight Finals and cannot play that style of defense anymore. We had problems against Pacers and Spurs last year and the Spurs came 28 seconds close to beating us. That's not a good excuse, bro.
