Heat executives, according to a source, are not convinced that James will stay, though in their heart of hearts they believe he will re-sign. But Jackson’s arrival changes things - See more at: http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm#sthash.v9fKcWXE.dpuf

There’s no way LeBron would have gone to New York under the current climate,” said a James confidant. “He had a falling-out with CAA (agency) and that was a problem as well. But with Phil there I think he will look at it.” New York Daily News -

I always find it funny how people believe we're concerned whether LeBron leaves or not. We've been successful before LeBron and we'll be successful past him and the Big Three era. Unlike most teams in the league, we have good management and that'll ultimately take you further than players because it simply sticks around longer. I'd love to keep LeBron and continue our successful ride with him and Wade and Bosh but whatever they decide, I don't care.

Riley and his staff are not free of mistakes, nobody is, but they've proven to able to place a winning product on the court under all kinds of different scenarios.

If he leaves he leaves... Where ever he goes we will get a ton of picks from it... I won't hold it against him but I will definitely look forward to building a traditional team instead of this positionless format we have going..
