Ultimately I think Brown stays. I would shop him around though. He still has 2 very inexpensive years left on his rookie deal that would appeal to another team that needs a RB.

Sproles is still a big time weapon. You've gotta account for him when he's on they field, and he can still take a 2 yard screen and turn it into a big chunk of yardage.

Nice pickup for the offense. Just another option teams gotta game plan for

Still would like a safety and corner in first two or three rounds.

We still need a pash rusher, an impact secondary player, and a NT.

I don't know much about nose tackles, but the saints ran all over us. However, I recently read an article stating that the eagles management believes Bennie Logan is a future star. Ideal wingspan, a frame ready to carry another 25 pounds, and ready to be a starter for the full season. Don't think they are going that direction.

Definitely would like an impact secondary player if the value is there in the first round. Don't want to reach out of desperation, that's how we got into this mess in the Reid drafts.

I believe we traded up for mcdougle and graham.

And another backup QB, kicker, and an ILB that can eventually replace Ryans.

Yeah, they seem pretty high on Bennie Logan. Can't blame them. The run defense really turned around during the season after he stepped in. Billy Davis was holding himself accountable for the Saints big game on the ground since his focus was 100% on trying to stop Brees.

Though having another big body couldn't hurt.

Nope. Still hasn't been released, and I don't imagine we'd spend that kinda money on a player of his age.

I totally agree with what everybody saying, Yes we could use a big NT and a pass rusher. There we guys out there like Demarcus Ware and BJ Raji but I think the Eagles rather build through the draft. I think they feel like teams like 49ers, Seahawks Denver Patroits are in there prime and there pushing all in to make Championships run for the next 2-3 years and the Eagles aren't at that point just yet. I'm expecting this draft to be heavy on the defensive side of the ball, the front office has a philosophy off taken the best available no matter what position if Clinton Dix and Pryor are gone I could see the Eagles draft a WR because this draft is very deep at the position and that gives you the most value at 22.

That's my prediction. It would make us a SB contender.

The only problem with building through the draft is that the Eagles only have 6 picks this year and they are relatively late picks at that so I hope Howie and Chip make a few trades to land more picks.

I'm a little worried about the lack of activity.

Not even a week into free agency, nothing to be worried about :D

Even as of right now we've improved our team from last year already. More than a couple of division rivals can say.

In what is essentially a swap of QBs the Jets sign VIck and the Eagles sign Sanchez. However, the more pressing issue is Desean. I sure hope that they don't release him for nothing smh.

The future certainly doesn't involve DeSean. I am ok with it. He is a one trick type WR.

I don't mind them getting rid of him, but they should try to get at least something in return. I partially blame the Eagles for this mess. They should have kept it more private since by going public about it, they drastically decreased his trade value. If they can't get anything, then they should just hold onto him.
