Better team? Brooklyn might be better than the Nene-less Wizards, maybe.

No way are they better than us when both rosters are full strength

Better team tonight :)

He was always a good mid-range shooter with pretty much no post game. He's a 23 percent 3 point shooter for his career. Maybe he spent the year off just shooting 3s.

Definitely. It seems like he's been struggling with his shot lately other than the 3 ball, but that finish last night gave him a little boost. Tonight, he was fantastic against an All-Star caliber guard. Williams had nothing in the end to counter John.

Yep, I don't think anyone would argue that Wall is now better than Williams...

Welp I think you can write off Seraphin now lol

Okafor + Jordan Hill on 1 year contracts > Locking Gortat in for 4 years 12 million imo

But what the hell... Drew Gooden?

I'm sorry but it's hilarious to me, dude was out there cooking with the mid and long twos and then hit those 3s...

I remember Gooden being effective as a Bull and Cavalier; Was real surprised seeing lower career numbers when I finally pulled up his stats.

His shooting ability is a surprise to me too, thought he would be mostly an interior player and rebounder.

Props for the win Wizards fans. I like Wall and Beal's game and the latter started out strong tonight while the former kept you guys close.

I was surprised with Gooden. He was committing silly fouls but kept pecking at the midrange until he got hot.Your team and bench stepped up in Nene's absence. Will be following Bulls and Wizards out east come playoff time.

Great Win! Wall was a monster and Drew just flat out shocked me with his inspired play. Loving this team right now. I wish I was at the VC tonight, it looked like the old days with Gil and the crew. We're in sole possession of 5th now too! Go Wiz!

One of the best games of the season. Wall saves the team, all the shooters sucked tonight.

I'm sold.

Wall is the best PG in the east.

Ariza is now 6 of his last 26 from beyond the arc including 0-5 tonight and 4-8 last night. We just have no slashers other than Wall but he has to keep driving and dishing. We are going to live and die with Ariza, Beal and Webster unless Wall can save us like he did tonight.

Btw, how many times have we seen Wall strip Williams in one on one situations now? Wall really has his number.

Eh, I think they're pretty even at full strength. No KG and Lopez is at least equal to the Wiz having no Nene.

Anyway, great win. Probably the best part of it is reading the Nets board and the griping about Blatche

Ariza, Webster, Harrington and kind of Beal seem to be in a slump from 3 pt land. I think they'll eventually bounce back, but our offense is just more glaring when ALL of our guys are kinda mediocre from beyond the arc. I know Harrington can make 3s but I think that is kind of redundant with Gooden at this point.

I'd like see more of Seraphin+Gooden. Seraphin would have plenty of space to operate with Gooden spacing. Plus it gives the 2nd unit a real post option.

Also, Gortat was more than likely just tired as **** tonight. He'll bounce back. Thought he was rebounding well though.

I don't know, Gooden looked pretty good. Is he a shooter now?

Once again, didn't stop in until the 4th quarter. Getting to be a habit. Looked pretty good, the old guys and Wall.

Paul Pierce on the Wizards: "They're coming into their own. They're growing up, right before our eyes."

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.
