Lowry is a very good PG and has good stats, but is playing in a weak Eastern conference that allows good players to elevate their stats due to lack of competition night in night out.
Dragic has achieved even more in leading the Suns in the much tougher West.
It would be interesting how Lowry would look at SG if he had to play in a system like the Suns.
