Monaco is exploring the possibility of bringing in Romelu Lukaku on a £20 million transfer.
Lukaku is a 20-year-old striker on loan from Chelsea to Everton. Lukaku has scored 10 times this season after scoring 17 goals with West Brom last season.
Jose Mourinho doesn't believe Lukaku has a future with Chelsea and is determined to sell him, but he won't do so to another Premier League club, ruling out Everton.
