I can't really get excited about a Nash return until he can string a couple of injury free games together which is highly unlikely at this point.

He needs 39 assist to pass Mark Jackson for 3rd all time maybe he wants that this season, I really don't think adding Nash will add that much to our win total at this point.

Dang, I wanted to see Bazemore at the point for a little bit more. He's the perfect candidate for a triangle pg. A quick player for 6'5", decent stroke, can attack the rim, and a solid defender at pg with his ~7ft wingspan.

I'm convinced that the only way we contend next year is if we bring in a coach that can run the triangle. I'm hoping for a farewell tour for Kobe in the system that he won 5 rings with. If we can copy what the spurs have done with their big 3 and surround them with youth and athleticism I think we could see a revival in LA.

What am I worrying about though, Nash is gonna aggravate his leg injury and bazemore will get more pt at pg in a game or two. I just hope the Knicks don't try and run the triangle next year and steal bazemore from us.

If he comes back he better last the rest of the season..

Does he get bood, If he does head for the locker room?

Nobody is going to boo him. It's not his fault he's a fossil now.

I just don't see why a guy who has been injured for 2 years , and is now 39 going to be suddenly healthy...?

You might have heard this before but...Steve Nash is a game-time decision Sunday because of his back-hamstring nerve problem.

I feel like the Lakers are running a comedy sitcom. Bill and Stu should take the rest of the season off and be replaced with a laugh track.

I was really pulling for Steve. But this issue isn't going away. It's sad to say it but it's time for him to retire. He can still play but he he can't overcome the nerve issue. Can't do the "one game at a time" speech every game next year. Time to walk away Steve. Thank you for trying.
