Looks like Mouhammadou Jaiteh is declaring for the draft. He's an intriguing big..19, 6'11 249 lbs and pretty athletic. Had some buzz last year after the hoop summit but withdrew because he wasn't a lock for 1st round supposedly.

If he is there in the 2nd round, would be worth a draft and stash. He's raw but certainly has some upside with his physical tools.

He's got a nice touch around the hoop. Looks a bit slow naturally, but he does seem to have potential. I'd be happy using one of our 2nd rounders on him if the Sixers like his potential.

I keep trying to settle on a guy with our first pick, and it's really hard for me not to go with Jabari Parker. He is just so good on the offensive end and has a tenacity with his effort on both ends. This is the prospect that I have no problem believe he will average 20+ ppg for many, many years.

I think we can surround him with other players that will mask his defensive deficiencies.

But I know the Sixers love Wiggins, and I'm fine with that too.

I just went back and watched a bunch of Embiid's highlights and man it would be tough to pass on him if he's sitting there at our pick. As long as his back checks out, But this guy has so much potential it's really scary to see what he could be in three years.

Noel and Embiid would be some damn crazy I can't even imagine any team in the league having this kind of front line.

If we do go the Embiid route, I think it's almost mandatory that we fill our wing spots with shooters. Guys that fit the mold are guys like Stauskas, Hood, McDermott, Lavine, Wilcox, Hairston. With the O likely running thru Noel and Embiid we'll need guys to stretch the floor. Would probably have to trade Thad to do it though.

I agree. Embiid has some incredible footwork.

The one thing I don't want to do is look back at this draft and think what could have been if we just drafted Parker. He really looks like the real deal.

Based on the video I just watched of him (which was kinda like a documentary), I wouldn't be terribly surprised if he returned for another season.
