5 west 8 east. no idea why i signed up for this game since i cant watch it, oh well :lol:

Going to be very tough game Davis is on an elitle level hot streak. DJ can't have another off game or low effort and BG has to be inside strong on the glass. Team has to smother Davis and force Evans into jump shots.

Blake and Paul are 1 for 9 from the field. The rest of the team is 6 for 7.

29-27 Pelicans at the end of 1.

They have 5 offensive rebounds to our 7. Davis picked up 2 quick fouls for them, but we still weren't able to take advantage of that. Barnes has been solid and so has DJ outside of the 2 fouls. BG and CP3 need to get it going though.

Crawford has hit 4 3's so far and has tied Steve Nash for 11th all-time in career 3 pointers made. The next one will give him sole possession as well as tie the franchise record for 3's made in a season that he set last season.

He has now hit his 5th.

55-52 Pelicans at the half.

We're getting outrebounded 25-15. BG is 2 for 6 from the field and Paul is 0 for 6. Thankfully, Crawford and Barnes have combined for 8 3's (8/12 3FG). It can be a positive that it's only a 3 point game with our 2 best players laying goose eggs so far, but that only means something if they turn it around in the 2nd half. Doc better light into them during the break.

The Clippers are 2-16 when trailing after 3. Undefeated (29-0) when making 9+ threes.

Every time I watch Anthony Davis play he just looks like a glorified garbage man. I have no idea what his offensive skills are or how he's having all these 30-40 point games. His mid range bricks tonight have been horrendous.

Anthony Davis is going to be something close to Tim Duncan with athleticism. just give this kid time. i don't think he can even buy a can of beer on his own yet.

Wow I see not many people posted tonight. I missed the game due to work and was able to listen to the last 5 minutes on radio. We didn't play great tonight, but we had several opportunities to win or have the chance to win. Missed shots, Blake's missed free throw, Branes' boneheaded decicions, and Jamal's missed 3 at the end.

Hopefully we can regroup and beat Dallas tomorrow.
