Thanks for making the threadition! With Nene out I think we should win, but I respect the Wiz and I think they are better than a lot of people think they are.

well weve sucked lately but the coach said there will probably be a lineup change tonight which should help. The only change that is possible is Booker to the bench which Ive been screaming for weeks. With him & Gortat, we just cant spread the floor enough. Its the same with Nene but atleast Nene is skilled enough to makeup for it. When we go small we are great but our coach hates to do it even though Wall goes off then.

Im guessing Gooden will start tonight. He's been great for us and is the best of both worlds. We stay big, he can rebound, but he's also been consistently knocking down the J that our other bigs havent. If he can hit that shot then that should open up things for Wall and everyone else. Without that, you guys kill us every time.

Next year we need to find a way to get a stretch 4. Wittman's system sucks anyways and is made to shoot long 2's but it still would look better if we had a big that has range. I think either Gooden or Harrington will start tonight because of that but Im going with gooden

I know they beat the heat twice this year but they will never beat the heat in the playoffs when they play like this.

We didn't play our brand of basketball for long enough stretches in order to win. Every time that we played it we were able to reduce the deficit but we didn't stick to it long enough. Actually, we never even attempted it in the first half and that's why we lost.

Credit the Wiz, though. They played a very well game. They deserved this victory.

Pacers being my favourite team in the East, I've watched a lot of Paul George. I still think he shoots too much. He is never going to be considered among the best players while only shooting 42% and the best way to get that % to increase, while also helping his team is to shoot less and pass more.

Very disappointing. How can we be coasting a game like this after the buzz from last game. Just a poor performance all round - since when have we been unable to stop the Harrington?

I agree Phreak50 - most of these games we lose George is chucking.

The movement of the ball stops and we look lethargic all round. Stephenson never got anything going today, Roy looked asleep most of the time, our best scorer per minute was Scola and even he was -13 in 13 minutes.

I have seen two days ago that we can still get up when it matters, but I really don't get why we look this flat against teams that, although deserving respect, we would have beat rather easily if we tried, especially with Nene missing.

I suppose I now have to wait until the play-offs to enjoy my basketball again.
