That is what it is all about. Room to sign some players to help this squad make a difference. To many people trolling and getting butt hurt over there teams. Sometimes your team is in a jam, and sometimes they have a bright future. The Knicks need a few miracles to turn it around quick. That's the reality, but they are a big NBA market, so they are bound to come around sooner than later. I think Phil Jackson is a good move for the Knicks, only time will tell if it works.

Just because I quoted his most ridiculous line ever (seriously, that was ridiculous) doesn't mean I am themeccamsg. Nice try though.

Looks like you have been outed and everybody knows it. Now you're going to have to create ANOTHER new account. Frown :(

Is it really him ? It would make so much sense

It must be him, he perfectly matches the writing style and vocabulary, oozes Knicks homerism, is completly unwilling to use logic, and has a massive hard-on of hatred agaist the Toronto Raptors.

The legend of meccamsg lives on in "Knicks Universe". The WT board just got way more entertaining.

All I can do is continuously thank God for the day of the Gay trade. It's been a lot of good times since then and there's a lot to look forward to. We get at least 4 more games that's the best part since it hasn't happened in years and we actually have a hopeful rebuild ahead of us.

Even if it's not the same person, he's the new meccamsg. That guy's so mad that the knicks didn't trade for Lowry he pretty much said Lowry is a scrub.

It's him. He's quoted meccamsg in his sig even though this account was created yesterday.

He even made an extremely awkward and lame attempt to throw out the red herring by quoting his own most rediculous line and then being like "seriously, that was rediculous". In true meccamsg style, it backfired completely.

Wow did not expect this kind of hateful response. Keep making your hateful remarks, don't care.

Anyways, to the point of the Raptors clearing cap space I guess that is true. But aren't only Vasquez and Patterson expiring? That only clears about $5.25M if they release the two of them. Hayes and Salmons are still under contract according to Trade Machine.

Bargnani is a sick player guy. Lmaoooo
On Gerald Henderson vs Derozan:
"Yes. Hendo is quite a bit better than DeMar.
So yes, I do believe he's currently the better player and do project that will continue to be in the future. I would also take Turner over DD."

Salmons can and will be bought out.

And he just changed his signature so now that same quote from his old name themeccamsg is attributed to "The Watcher" ?? What a clown. Still laughing over his math on the Raptors not making the playoffs in the West, using only their record against the West as evidence.

I am picturing a 30-40 year old single guy wearing a Wayne Chrebet jersey, living in the dark basement of his Mom's split level ranch in Levittown, Long Island... posting on an old CRT monitor desktop from the early 2000s

I just don't get it...

You troll the threads and make inflammatory comments that get the entire community riled up, and then you say "wow did not expect this kind of hateful response".

You posted a thread about the supposed mediocraty of the Raptors franchise on a site that has almost 3 million posts on the Raptors forum (way more than any other team)... what DID you expect?

Salmons has a team options for $7M.
Patterson and Vasquez are up for qualifying offers.
Chuck Hayes is stuck for $6M.

So I mistpoke. The Raptors save $14M not $20M. Still, despite a salary dump trade their team is going to the playoffs. This was a very nice move for them. There is no other rational interpretation.

Ahh ok that makes more sense now. Still a decent amount a cap space to open up. Nicely done.
