What is funny is that someone noted that it was an april fool's day joke and people STILL kept debating it. That's a good one.

I fear it was too realistic in that way. Should have said $12 million.

Or should've said Augustin is looking for $10 million annually. May have actually be a little more believable than Butler.

Yeah Jimmy isn't worth 10 million dollars per year, although he is All-NBA defense at his position and I'm not sure it's all that close. He is younger and can improve his shooting eventually so there still is some room to grow but yeah, not sure he is 10 mil good.

It's only looked upon as joke right now, at this point in time. Wait several months and you can probably re-call this thread for real.

Bulls signed Taj to 4 yr/$33 mil after a couple of seasons of only playing ~21 mpg. Butler is at 38 mpg and has little or no competition for a starting role in the foreseeable future. Jimmy has a lot of leverage and no doubt his agent will know it.
