This is pretty old. I remember him being a EuroFan back when we went over to Europe against the Knicks. Looks like Charlie flew him out to the palace to try and remain relevant.

Its from CV's instagram account and was just posted yesterday.

I think the same fan got the first tatoo a while ago (maybe what you are thinking of), but now he got a second added.
