Kirilenko would really help if he could play. I doubt we win either way though, because their size has destroyed us every time we've matched up. KG is pretty much required in a matchup like this, and he's out.

He's possibly coming back on Saturday against Philly though, right?

i dont think AK or KG would help our issues vs detroit much. This pistons already blew us out once with KG on the floor. We have to play big against them. go with blatche at PF or something. playing small they are going to kill us.

so far, kidd hasnt adjusted and gone big against them once. im hoping he does tonite, it would show growth as a coach

i think they end our streak... i just dont see what changes from our other matchups. foul trouble early for plumlee, tons of offensive rebounds and second chances for them. no offensive rebounding for us leading to them getting more run outs.

I don't expect the Pistons to win; I'm sure the Nets will come out knowing they lost three times to them and that its time to light them up. I predict Nets win in a blowout.

I agree more with those predictions. I see a small but comfortable win margin because we utilize their weak Defense and score high. Obviously we'll let up a lot of defensive stats but I think we can out score and hold them off

Two things:

1) We lost by 29 to the Knicks at the Garden and yet we still have the same lucky charms? C'mon...change it up bro.

2) There's no excuse not to win this game. Good teams look to bounceback after blowouts and dominate their next opponent.

The Sixers ended their losing streak of 26 games by blowing out the Pistons by 25. The Heat blew them out by 32 the game before.

They've lost 8 of their last 10 games. A loss here is unacceptable. They need to go out there and will themselves to a win.

Oh...and paging D-Will to start playing like a star again. This is his team and he needs to step it up, especially with all of these B2Bs coming up.

The Nets came into MSG knowing that they had to beat the Knicks to stay in pace for HCA, and ended up playing like garbage.

Now we're going into a game against a team that has had us by the balls all season long. The Nets need to show me that they have some pride before I believe they'll win tonight because that last game was god awful.

yeah im not counting on much from dwill in the playoffs. i just hope he continues to try on defense. we are going to need johnson and pierce to win a playoff series. i think dwill goes like 13/7 on 45ish % while getting matched or outplayed by lowry/hnirch/augistin/wall or whomever.

but i can live with that if he keeps buying in on the defensive end.

If he defends I will have no complaints.

And good lord @ the thought of having to start Blatche and Plumlee. Plumlee I have no issues with because he's a kid but Blatche is going to get bitched by Monroe and Drummond.

If we lose tonight, forget about tomorrow you know that the 2nd game of a back to back is an automatic mail in. I'm pretty sure there's quite a bit of people who have made a lot of money off of this team based off of that nonsense.
