I expect it competitive with us losing down the stretch. Lets see some development. Hopefully a bounce back game for the rooks.

Poor Cousins. No one else out there giving a damn other than him.

Derrick still needs to bring a consistent impact as far as I'm concerned. I'd like to believe he is a young piece that is part of the core of the franchise heading forward

Yeah I agree. I don't think he's gotten many minutes lately. I'd like to see him featured more

Am I the only one that notices Cousins is doing the verticality move ala Hibbert recently? He did just now against the Ellis' drive.

I fell asleep and missed the Peja interview :( Nice to see that the Kings kept it competitive though.

He's capable of doing it and making an impact doing it. It's just a matter of maintaining the focus to not go for the strip and being in the right position to make an impact with that verticality.

Cousins has developed into a plus defender and has the ability to become very good.

Ray could have gone all the way imo. Or give the ball to Rudy at least.

Yep. It's a rookie mistake made by a rookie. It cost the game, but you can't get too upset about it.

Oh well. Good game by our main guys, and I guess every loss has a silver lining at this point.

2 guys in double figures. Where's the silver lining? Seems like the same problem we always have when we only have 2 main scorers.

The silver lining is that we showed effort and still lost, which is very important right now or we could easily move to as high as 10th in this draft. We're barely winning every now and then and still can't get any lower than 7th.

Eh, I think we're pretty settled in the 6-7 range at this point. It's not like we're gonna go 5-0 in these last few games no matter how hard our guys play.

Personally at this point I think we are locked in to 7-8. I don't see us catching the LAkers (who are 6). They have a tough schedule remaining as well, are two wins behind, and I still think we will get another win or so. The Pistons have been bad, are up a game in the win column, and if we finish strong and they lose their remaining games we could be caught by them.

I could see the Pistons losing the rest of their games this year, though.
