the thing that makes me kinda happy is in all this loss's in the regular season was all about effort and bad situations/resolutions. The only time i remember beeing dominated was against the spurs. And thats was kinda of a revenge game. So..waiting for the po's and threepeat

We would need the Raptors to get the 3 seed though. Bulls have the 3rd seed currently.

And I'd really hate to play the Bulls before the Pacers again. They wear us down (cant beat us...but can tire us out)

Exactly.

Why would he stay here in Miami with less help than he had in Cleveland??

Why would he stay when:

- Wade is finished, lets face it. Youre witnessing the beginning of the end for Wade, hes going the way of Brandon Roy soon.

- A (Please Use More Appropriate Word) moron coach who runs him into the ground needlessly in LOSSES.

- a 40 year old Ray Allen

- a 35 year old Shard

- a 36 year old Birdman

- a flaming homosexual "Big man" who cant shoot, doesnt rebound and cant defend

- The 2 dumbest point guards in the nba, and to top that off a coach who loves to play BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME, DOUBLE NEGATIVES

Can you imagine how it feels to be as good a player as lebron is and to have to play with chalmers and cole, steadily costing you four and five point swing, taking four steps back for every step you take the team forward????

And then you look and see Wade in a suit while youre out there sweating your ass off JUST TO LOSE ALMOST EVERY NIGHT?????

I bet he silently wants to choke Spo during his timeouts.

He wouldn't wanna leave because by this summer, he will be a three-time champion, something he failed to do in Cleveland for 7 years despite having the perfect 3&d team around him.

Name the good 3 point shooters who were also good defenders on this perfect team

The only qualifying one is big z and that was his center
Then you have redz who was good from 3, one season.

He has more 3-d players on this Heatles team
Stop being so disrespectful.

LeBron James in his last four games:

34.5 ppg
7.3 rpg
5.5 apg
2.3 spg
56.5% FG
42.3% 3PT

......42.3 MPG.

Spo. Rest that man after Friday. Please. We signed Michael Beasley for a reason.

ASK IRA: Is LeBron being asked to do too much?

Q: At this point, Miami needs to sit LeBron James and Chris Bosh. Let them find their rhythm during the first round of the playoffs against the Bobcats or Hawks. -- Tzaddi.

A: Or now perhaps against the Wizards, who could wind up as a No. 7 seed. But as Erik Spoelstra has continued to stress, none of his team's absences are because of "resting" players. It's either because of chronic ailments, such as Dwyane Wade's and Greg Oden's knees, or issues of the moment, such as Udonis Haslem's stomach virus and Chris Andersen's current soreness. And with a No. 1 seed still in the balance, I'm not sure LeBron or Bosh would settle for sitting. To their credit, they both play to win. To Spoelstra's credit, he has cut back dramatically on practice and shootaround time. But I also sense that LeBron also is reaching a breaking point, consistently putting up big numbers with limited payoff. At times, it's as if he's back in Cleveland, having to do it alone. I think this is a somewhat tenuous crossroads for the Heat and Spoelstra and LeBron. The Heat really need Wade to offer a reminder of what he's capable of, and sooner rather than later.

Lebron also has ailments, so why aren't they giving him games off? Makes no sense. And at this point, yeah looks like he's back in cleveland.

Dude, Raps have 3rd seed right now. Bulls are 4th. Raps have the tiebreaker over them. As for right now seedings favor us but I don't even care what the seedings will be by the end of the RS. This team needs to get healthy and Spo needs to stop making dumb decisions.

The Cavs were ranked 7th defensively in 09/10 and 3rd in 08/09. In 08/09, they had Williams, Pavlovic and Szczerbiak who shot above 40% from downtown, West who was right under it and Ilgauskas and Gibson who were pretty decent as well. In 09/10 you had Gibson, Williams and Parker (I'm not gonna include Big Z due to his low attempts) shooting above 40% from downtown. They were the 2nd best 3pt shooting team in 08/09 percentage wise while taking the 5th most shots. They were once again the second best 3pt shooting team in 09/10 while being 8th in attempts.

Those teams were perfect for the regular season, when defenses aren't that hard to beat most nights and the opponent can't game plan for your weaknesses that much. Once the playoffs rolled around, their lack of a second star was exposed.

My point was, he won't look back at those Cleveland days, think life was better and leave because even though he had a team around him that fit him perfectly, it wasn't a good enough team to win the title. There is a big difference between building around one player and making sure everybody fits next to him and just building a team that is good and talented enough to win it all. With Wade out there on the perimeter, our team isn't as good of a fit as those Cleveland squads were for LeBron. But they're better because they're more talented and we have more options, which essentially is the reason LeBron has won two titles here.

You said he had perfect 3& D players

And you mention Williams and Boobie Gibson? Two of the worst defenders in the league

Besides big Z, all the players you mentioned were with him for only Two years.

You claimed he failed for 7 years while having the perfect 3&d team around him.

Your statement was ludicrous

Wow, can you say STRAWMAN ARGUMENT??

Who in the **** ever suggested that this summer, Lebron was going to want to go back to CLEVELAND, and play with the EXACT SAME TEAM AND PLAYERS he played with from 08-10??!!! :banghead: :noway:

Ill tell you who said that................NOBODY.

Did it ever occur to you that when we say "we can see why lebron would want to leave during free agency, its getting as bad as his cleveland days", that were saying his Cleveland days sucked horribly too because he had to do it all by himself every night? Why would he want to go back to that again? Thats our point...

Also, did it ever occur to you that when Lebron becomes a free agent again, hes once again FREE to go wherever he wants (not just cleveland, dont know where you got that idea), and that every team in the league is going to want him?

All we're saying is, with the way things have turned out this season, with Wades demise and absence, Spos increasing stupidity and running him into the ground, Boshs softness and inability to step up in Wades absence, along with an aging roster and the the dumbest point guard tandem in the league, there might be more attractive offers to him out there, like say, Playing in Houston next to Harden and Howard or going to the Clippers with his good friend Chris Paul and Griffin.

I said perfect 3&d team, that's a big difference and in that case I didn't fail because my stats back me up. The post I quoted said he has less help than he had in Cleveland. My point about the perfect 3&d team is that while it may win you many regular season games, where the defense isn't so tight and teams don't game plan for you that specifically, it's much easier to shut down in the postseason than our team, which may not be the ideal fit, but has vastly more talent and thus versatility offensively.
As I said before, the team was suited perfectly to support LeBron's strengths, providing great spacing for him and a pretty good defense. But at the end of the day, no matter what LeBron did, they always fell short because they lacked a second versatile offensive player. Do you get the point that I didn't say he had a perfect team around him, just a perfect 3&d team?!? So the statement of him having had more help in Cleveland is actually ridiculous. Just because we're not winning as many RS games because one of our big guns is resting doesn't mean he has less help here.

The sole reason I even mentioned it, however, is because in all those years where they were trying to build a seemingly great team for LeBron, they never built a championship team for him while we did that right away and got him his first two and soon three titles. So, unlike in his Cleveland days, he's not gonna leave us just like that, knowing we have a competent front office that has PROVEN to build championship teams and will continue to do so. People are overreacting to our recent struggles like we've been the Cavs of years before and that he has good reason to leave us, which he doesn't.

Do you really think Pat Riley is some moron who hasn't been working on potential plans for the next couple off off seasons?!? Y'all really need to get a grip.
