Re: PG 4/9/14: Spobot
Spo is still spooked by Ray's glory years in which he could shift the score three possessions in a matter of a minute and thinks it's going to happen for us. The problem is that Ray tries to do so much for some reason instead of just shooting the **** ball. So, his offense is negated by all the turnovers and his defense is terrible because he's just too damn old. If he's not going to come in and hit threes, I'm not sure his floor-spacing makes up for his non-existent defense.
I don't know what players and rotations will be effective in the playoffs. It will nice to have everyone available (if it happens) for the playoffs. I really don't know what to expect.

Re: PG 4/9/14: Spobot
After a nights sleep, waking up late, riding 2.5 miles in 41 degree weather.....My feelings have only been upgraded from being pissed to being "extremely disappointed" -
Not by the loss, not by the consistent rotations, not by DWade missing 7 straight games, not by UD ill/injured, not by the 2 PG lineup, not by mismanaging ODEN, not by under utilizing JJ/Mike, not by the "deer in the headlight" look on Eric(k) s face at least twice a game...I could go on but I got to work.
NO, I am extremely disappointed that we have the BEST PLAYER IN THE GAME ON OUR TEAM......
BUT
"IT NOT MY JOB TO COMPLAIN" -
One of the announcers said last night referring to the blocked shot from the game before, "usually the superstars in the league get the calls, but lbj didn't even get the call against a ROOKIE" I'm sure i missed the exact wording...Point is ERIC(K) has diminished or IS diminishing LBJ credibility/value......ON THIS TEAM-IMO
So it doesn't matter who you guys want on this team, what fantasy players you dream about...just close your eyes and think for a minute.....whoever you want on this team, let this thought circle through your basketball minds....
"THEY WILL BE COACHED AND MANAGED BY ERIC(K)"

Idc what happens
He has to play Beasley
I'm not the biggest Beasley fan but damn how much worse can he be than Cole.
Cole is a straight up scrub. Dude will be out the league in 2-3 years.
LBJ is now telling his camp he doesn't want to end like Howard with back trouble. Not looking good for the Heatles
Stop being so disrespectful.

everybody knows that spobot is not a head coach
he is better suited as a an assistant coach
let lebron coach this team and watch us threepeat without lineups of chalmers and cole together on the court

Re: PG 4/9/14: Spobot
Spo will more than likely win a 3rd title this year and find himself in the conversation as one of the best HC in NBA. The only problem with that is....Spo is only the shadow behind LeBron and riding him like no other considered great coach in NBA history. We debate X's and O's all day and we don't know what goes into every set or defensive assignment. But what we can talk about isn't debatable and is of concern;
1. Coaching the BEST player in the game & not defending him or watching LBJ's minutes.
- "It's no my Job"...."What can we do" are just a few examples of a coach who clearly isn't going to fight for his players.
- Excluding a few games, LeBron has played 39mpg after the first month.
- LeBron is our PF, SF, PG, SG and Defensive star....Take LBJ off the roster and what would Spo do? I'm sure he would do a few things but that's the point, why settle for this now and stop trying to be creative because you have the BEST player in the game.

ASK IRA: Is LeBron being asked to do too much?
Q: At this point, Miami needs to sit LeBron James and Chris Bosh. Let them find their rhythm during the first round of the playoffs against the Bobcats or Hawks. -- Tzaddi.
A: Or now perhaps against the Wizards, who could wind up as a No. 7 seed. But as Erik Spoelstra has continued to stress, none of his team's absences are because of "resting" players. It's either because of chronic ailments, such as Dwyane Wade's and Greg Oden's knees, or issues of the moment, such as Udonis Haslem's stomach virus and Chris Andersen's current soreness. And with a No. 1 seed still in the balance, I'm not sure LeBron or Bosh would settle for sitting. To their credit, they both play to win. To Spoelstra's credit, he has cut back dramatically on practice and shootaround time. But I also sense that LeBron also is reaching a breaking point, consistently putting up big numbers with limited payoff. At times, it's as if he's back in Cleveland, having to do it alone. I think this is a somewhat tenuous crossroads for the Heat and Spoelstra and LeBron. The Heat really need Wade to offer a reminder of what he's capable of, and sooner rather than later.

I don't wish this for ERIC(K) - but i'd be curious to see how he'd coach charlotte, toronto, cleveland, washington - would want to know what staff he'd assemble, what offense he'd use, what defense he'd use....

Spo isn't a terrible coach when he is trying. In his first few years, he talked a good game. I still recall when he first got the job, he talked about an open offense and allowing players more freedom. Since then he has become more strict on offense and hasn't changed 1 thing on D. If LeBron wasn't on the team, no doubt would Spo be more creative. But with LeBron, Bosh, Wade on the roster, he seems to settle with doing nothing. LBJ isn't dumb and I fear he is seeing this way to often. The fact that his coach doesn't want to defend him or event fight for him on the court is pathetic and one of the worst examples of leadership I've seen watching the NBA. Spo in my honest opinion feels above criticism and laughs off the doubters as he can fall back to his rings. Which yes, he has won and can fall back but at the same time, he isn't looking forward or trying to improve. No matter the profession, you should always look for way to improve and check yourself at the door. No one is perfect! The key is noticing those limitation and trying to do more. Spo refuses to see what everyone including the HEAT biggest haters are saying. LBJ is the man today and our future and he is ignoring that. Greg Pop is a perfect example of how to manage a team and a coach who demands the respect of the league by fighting for his team while also knowing when to back down.

I could write a book on response to your comments, but there's is no need..You've hit most of the correct points...I've often (before I bash him) asked for subtle changes, but i'll use your words(in bold) - I can excuse most of everything he's done this season..BUT I CANNOT EXCUSE his lack of balls in NOT defending that bloody nose, LBJ suffered. I have NO FAITH...ZERO in him as this coach, and my feelings are NOT based on his coaching abilities.
I've read so many of his "before during and after game" comments and most of them make me unimpressed. I had house guest with a relative of an ex-heat player who watched the game with me, I trust their opinion, more than I this coach. I'll PM you if interested.
But here is the catch, Pat Riley hired him to continue his plan, his style...so ERIC(K) has little options....I'm just tired of having so much talent and constantly watch it being under utilized. It's really a shame that you have to watch another team to appreciate BASKETBALL, but only watch THIS TEAM and can only appreciate LBJ...
ERIC(K) gives excuses not reasons - BUT HEY, HE GOT THOSE DAMN RINGS RIGHT? He did not earn his job, it was given to him, thus why he cannot change much......
p.s. you know I know how to spell his name right?

This is how you know its gotten bad lol. Skip Bayless will stick up for LeBron before SpoBot (does not compute) does.
Seriously though Spo refusing to have LeBron's back over and over again is embarrassing and makes LeBron look bad. If his own coach doesnt have his back then refs feel like theyre probably calling the game right. Its BS amd if LeBron is still getting shafted in the playoffs, theres noone else to blame but Spo.
Can anyone name another coach that wouldnt have taken a stand by now? I mean how long ago did LeBron break his nose. I think most coaches atleast get T'd up there and most likely during the whole bs flagrant situation with the Pacers. Then theres the 2 games in a row with 0 fts. Most coaches would lose their **** and rightfully so but Spo just sits there and basically blames LeBron for not being aggressive.
The man (boy) expects Bron to do everything and save his ass over and over again, yet he wont lift a finger to DO HIS JOB and protect the superstar player that bust his ass night in night out. Its really simple stuff man.
Oh and if I see Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb on the court together one more time I'm gonna lose my **** forreal
