Because he's probably out of the league. I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing in the D-League next season.

I could see him going to the Lakers and Kobe cursing him out in practice, in games, and to the media for being a lazy waste of a uniform.

The Clippers are a possibility. Doc Rivers would be REALLY tough on Charlie V. He'll get something out of him or make him quit.

Clippers signed Byron Mullens this season and the Raptors signed Austin Daye. Some playoff team looking for a depth player or tank brigade team looking for a tank master.

Honestly think he's done in this league... Best guess is overseas or living off his banked money at the Pistons expense.

Far far away from here. He should go play for the Knicks and lay bricks over there.

Yep this. I don't think he makes a roster.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

He has a role in the league as a stretch 4. I don't anticipate him getting more than the vets min, but I think he will find himself on a bench somewhere next season.

I could see either of those teams tossing a veteran's minimum offer. Which is really the maximum offer he will ever see again.
