We need Nene to playing againt the 2nd unit because he actually :

1. Can play
2. Can play D
3. Not suck gratuitously

I believe Wittman said Nene might come off the bench for the foreseeable future.

I'm okay with Nene coming off of the bench and taking on the opponents' bench. In a small, the last 3-games sample, Booker has been adequate starting off the game.

weird thing lately about Booker is he really hasn't been boarding that well
but has been good FG% shooter who's even made his FTs. His back down
lefty jump hook is money and he gets enough lift to get that over much
bigger players which is a good thing since he generally plays against
much bigger players. Nene almost certainly defends the bigger PF
types better than Book though.

And that is totally problematic... he really needs to board to be an asset... he can't rebound like Seraphin or you might as well play Seraphin (not really).
