Rooting for Grizzlies to win their last two matchups so they can face OKC in the 1st round instead of SAS.

Honestly, I'm good with either of them winning. Whichever team wins / makes the playoffs will be on my list of teams I'd like to see win.

I'd like to see Phoenix win because of the narrative, big fan of Hornacek as coach, Dragic is awesome, and a good group of teammates. Well put together team that is always fun to watch.

I'd like to see Memphis win because they're from the same state as my alma matter ( ), Gasol is one of my favorite players in the league, and they are a defensive first team -- which I love.

Did we nail down what the Mavs do against the Grizzlies? Will they rest starters? Is there any motivation to win that game?

I don't see Carlisle resting his starters for the full game. I think the starters play UNLESS either coach wants a specific matchup. However, even in that case, I see the starters playing 15-20 minutes to get some rhythm.

If the grizzlies lose the game they have no motivation UNLESS the warriors lose tonight, which would mean the mavs could still grab the 6th seed. If the grizzlies win, the mavs will have the motivation of avoiding the spurs in the first round.

Yes. If Memphis wins tonight, Mavs have to win for 7th seed...

I saw that, too. Refs never call them. It's annoying.

I think its part of the new CBA. In Section III, under Amendment VII: "No good matchups allowed on national TV during the 2013-14 season."
