Let's say the draft was never rigged.

Could anyone imagine what would happen if in a real scenario, the Lakers, Celtics, and Knicks came up 1, 2, 3 in some order? Silver and Stern would be popping champagne but he'd have to spend probably several hundred million on PR for the foreseeable future.

Wiggins
Parker
Exxum

I think on the list of 1,000,000 things to consider this would be last. Then it would be crossed out and deemed not worth considering.

1) wiggins
2) Parker
3) embiid
4) exum

Subject to change based on workouts and such. Exum is currently a clear 4.

In that scenario, we probably end up with Parker/Exum. I'm a total conspiracy theorist when it comes to the draft, but with new ownership who knows? We saw how that worked for New Orleans.

Same. All I know is I'm not going to get worked up over the pick. At least not for 3 years. :D

This Bucks fan feels fantastic about the organization for the first time in what seems like forever.

I'd be worried that we'll suck again next season and Parker and Mayo will both get super fat together. Burger buddies.

So who represents us at the lottery? I picture Lasry sitting on Edens' lap. Lasry with sunglasses on, a visor, and a blank expression the entire time.

Call me scared and/or skeptical, but I just can't go with Embiid with a couple elite other prospects on the board. I think its franchise crippling if you take Embiid and his back is a chronic issue. I know he can be the next Hakeem too, but its a risky call.

For me I go: Wiggins, Parker, Embiid, Exum. If Embiid gets a great health report, I may bump him to #2.

Burning Top 4 questions:

1. Embiid

What's up with his back...that is a HUGE concern going forward. He could be all-world talent & the next coming of Hakeem, but the best ability is availability. Is he able to harness his emotional nature in a positive fashion?

2. Wiggins

Does he want it bad enough? Does he have what it takes to take over and be a leader? So far the jury is out. Can he improve his handle to the point of consistently being able to create his own shot and facilitate for others?

3. Parker

Lateral quickness & 2-way potential? Is his body-type conducive to NBA wear & tear (Does he lose the baby fat) There are two-sides of the floor and it'd be a shame to get a guy that only is valuable on one end. Love Parker's heart, but also question whether he tries to do too much at times, aka; hero ball. Will he decide to go on a Mormon mission?

4. Exum

Really a wild-card here. Reminds me of Penny Hardaway from videos. But is his jumper fixable? Is he a big-market attention whore? (Publicly stated desire to play for the Lakers) Can he gain NBA strength?

1. Embiid
2a. Wiggins
2b. Exum
4. Parker

Right now I could flip a coin between Wiggins and Exum.

The Bucks have lacked a dynamic, athletic high-light reel wing that is requisite for success in today's NBA. I think if available, we HAVE to take Andrew Wiggins, the only thing that concerns me is his lack of ball handling and court vision. Those are admittedly big concerns, but Kevin Durant wasn't the greatest ball handler/passer coming out of Texas either -- so that there is definitely an avenue for improvement if he has the work ethic.

1) Wiggins
2) Embiid
3) Exum
4) Parker

Way to string it out, Parker.

1a and 1b: Embidd and WIggins.
3. Parker
4. Exum, I guess?

The arguments for Embiid in the last thread have persuaded me.

1. Embiid
2. Wiggins
3. Exum
4. Parker

The only thing that would upset me, though, would be to have a top 4 pick and not ending up with one of these guys.

I would also say that with Lasry & Edens being Knick fans before buying the Bucks...they've formed a pretty good idea about a Carmelo-type player. Not sure whether that would drive them towards or away from Parker if you think they compare favorably.
