Looks like I will be at the Hudson Grille or somewhere downtown for that Saturday game. Could you give me a lil more info on the Hudson, Panda? What's the crowd like? Will I need to get there an hour or two early if I want a table or will it not be that packed? What are the prices like also? Thanks

Ill be at Hudson THIS saturday to watch, Ill be at the actual game on the 24th and 26th obviously.

Its pretty eclectic, they have everything from burgers to salads, seafood, meat loaf, etc, I highly recommend their Lobster Dip appetizer if you like that kind of food. Their CHicken wraps and Burgers are REALLY good. They have about 30 different types of beer, full bar, dress is like Taco Mac (meaning, shorts and tees)

I think its very comparable to Taco Mac, but I like their food MUCH better. They dont have the beer selection that Taco Mac has, but they have local brands i like:
Monday Night Brewing
Sweetwater
Terrapin
etc

Price wise, I had 3 beers, appetizer, 2 entrees and my wife had a beer (4 total), and it was $61 with tip. Not bad IMO

$25 of that was beer FYI ($6 for the IPAs I drink)

Crowd is all over the place, from tourists, hotel people, to locals. There is USUALLY a good amount of Hawks fans there, there might be more at the Taco Mac in the arena, but i prefer Hudson. I almost always go there to watch NBA games if I want to go out.

STATS is the best come NFL season :P

I would def plan on getting there 45-60 min before tip off. Good thing is if you arent impressed you can walk 2 min across the street to CNN Center/Taco Mac

Thanks for all of the info. I will definitely plan on being at the Hudson on Saturday for the game. We will already be at Centennial Park for the Music Fest so I'm going to head over around an hour before game time. Stop by and say high if you see me. I will be the tall white bearded guy with a Kenyan chick.

I'm really hoping we can steal one of those first two and put some pressure on them to have to perform well in Atlanta in games 3 and 4. That team doesn't seem to respond well to pressure, as of late, so the more we apply the better.

And only one of those games is on NBATV this year.
Huzzah!!!!

Plus CNNSI ranks ours as only the 2ND least watchable playoff series!!! (Take that stinky Bobcats.)

We're moving up in the world, baby...

lol ^

Winning one of the first two games will be HUGE for us, if we do that then I think that mentally fragile team might self-destruct.
