Swaggy P talks like Dwight Howard, but you can tell he does have love for LA and the Lakers, so for that reason I respect him and not D12.

Hill did a good job of showing respect for his coach, but you can totally read between the lines that Mike is an ass.

on Kaman: "Chris is just a butthole sometimes" hahahah

The Steve Nash exit interview is just taking far too long.

Nash not sounding too confident... Still not healthy. 3-4 weeks from healthy.

"Couldn't have played last night."

Sounds open to another role in the Org if he can't play any more.

Steve Nash talking a lot and saying nothing at the same time. I feel sorry for him but this is tiresome.

This...

But, I don't think I'm presumptuous in saying the subtext is, he knows he's basically done.

He's got too many $$$ on the line to retire though.

Yeah... We'll see him about 5 min a game, every other game... Until he gets bumped.

Anyone have the link to the thread when we acquired Nash?

If Pau comes back for a discount....I think we owe it to him to give him a no trade clause. I know that many are going to get royally pissed at me but I think he deserves it. Why come back to a team that is always rumored to trade you every season?

Pau on Dwight and MDA:
"I think last year was a position where Dwight got a lot of attention... The team wanted him to succeed and feel comfortable and pleased enough that he would resign with the Lakers. So the philosophy of having two big men, low post players was very hard to put out there for mike. It goes against his philosophy... So it's been a struggle, and I don't know how big a factor it would be, but the coach is an important factor... I just don't know how big a factor."

The offense is a very guard focused, Outside-in offense instead of an inside-out offense that I've been very successful in.

He wants a smarter, more controlled pace... Believes Miami is unique because of it's players not because of small ball... per se...

Can play C on a small ball style offense, not Power Forward. In another slower style maybe PF.

Will always be thankful for being a Laker... Will always be a part of this franchise and LA.
