Game 16: Crew at Bucs

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Apr 17, 2014 5:27 pm

Let's get another win streak started and stay undefeated on the road.

Overybay on leave till Sunday, no loss. Herrera called up.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'd like to see them start hitting with authority again.

With an influx of a lot of good 2Bs around the league (some of them transferring from 3B or short) it sucks that we are probably going to have a complete pile of trash out of platooning 2 guys at the position.

Would be nice to get 3 outta 4 from them. Start with a W tonight.

3 out of 4 would be great, but I'd settle for 2-2.

I'm still just relieved we got one from the cards.

Wonder why Mike Tyson threw out the first pitch for them, kind of random.

That was a nasty curve Volquez threw to Davis there before his ground out to 3rd. Nothing he could really do in that at bat outside of fouling back a hittable fastball off pitch #1.

What a horribly placed pitch, Yo. Jeebus. Catcher sets up low and outside. Yo delivers high over middle. Very nice.

Scooter has quite possibly the worst arm I've ever seen.

And, the Brewers have quite possibly the worst 2nd base platoon (2nd base platoon?!?!?!!) I've ever seen. What a colossal **** of a situation. I know we're short on depth but to think we're wasting a roster spot on Gennett and Weeks is absolutely befuddling. Is Seid also managing the roster?
