Former NFL player Brandon Winey has been arrested and charged with attempted second degree murder in the Friday shooting of former LSU linebacker Tahj Jones.

I've been "randomly selected" more times than I can count. It's annoying. But the best thing to do is STFU and cooperate with the process.

With all of the **** that's come up about Smith in the last year or so, you have to wonder if he's right in the head.

Who was the guy from Alabama that had a ton of guns at his home? I was thinking it was aldon but looking back it wasn't.

Yeah, around 10 years or so ago when I had long hair, I got randomly selected every time I flew.

I've been randomly selected a few times, I always make a stink but you have to know where the liens are and not cross them.

Change your avatar man if it has really been 10+ years since that picture was taken. Keep the soothing jams rolling, though.

I know the 49ers are pretty loaded and they have quite a few draft picks stockpiled, but I could see that team potentially falling off next year.

Justin Smith and Boldin are both getting old, I just don't think Kaerpernick is all that good, Bowman has the torn up knee and who knows what Aldon Smith's legal problems are going to be like.

Not to mention there's a growing rift between Harbaugh and management. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the bottom fell out for them this upcoming season.

The Jets are dominating the off season like the Redskins usually do. I have to imagine Rex will finally be fired after the team underachieves with all of the big name acquisitions this off season.

:o

To take that approach with a player that talented, he must really be a nut job.

Tim Kawakami says he probably won't play for the 9ers this year, either.

My tendency is to give Smith the benefit of the doubt. It just seems like every crazy NFL story is about him these days.

One way or the other, the 49ers are a lot less intimidating without him.

And Justin Smith turns 35 during the season.

Good to see. I really hope that once Sharper eventually gets sentenced, he gets some prison justice in return for what he's done.
