Re: Lottery sim
I got 6, then 3. I'll stop there since it said we picked Jabari Parker.

I don't get ESPN's fascination with Gordon, I personally don't see the Lakers drafting him even if they got the 6th or 7th draft spots. Hopefully the three Jabari Parker picks at 3rd is a sign... LOL

Re: Lottery sim
I have this feeling that if LA doesn't land a Top 3 pick, they try to trade it for talent.

1st time: Gordon
2nd time: Exum
3rd time: Parker
Not too shabby. Exum or Parker is fine with me.

Re: Lottery sim
Sorry ESPN, but I trust DraftExpress' mock draft over them.
We may end up with the 6th pick, but according to DraftExpress, we'd take Marcus Smart over Aaron Gordon

I don't think the player drafted makes much of a difference (it's random)...it's more so the draft order.

What's the point in doing it multiple times? The more times you run the simulation, the more the results will converge towards the actual probability percentages.
Instead everyone should just do the sim one time a day. Much more realistic.

You are talking logic at a lottery board!

I think it's the fact that he'll be the youngest player in the draft/he's got great athletic potential. Yeah he's only about 6'6" without shoes (6'11" wingspan -- as of 2013 anyway), but I'm guessing it's about taking a crack at a homerun. Risky, but watching his Draft Express video, I'd be open to the risk at a later pick. I like him defensively.
I get you on the wing who can score...but if we get the 6/7/8 pick who would you rather we take?

I'm sure at the volumes that thing's getting hit, what we or maybe even all Lakers fans do, probably wouldn't effect the results a whole lot.
