Hard to make too many judgements on the outcome of the series from that game. You gotta figure the nets aren't going to shoot 4-24 from three very often, Demar likely isn't going to shoot 23% for the entire series, Livington and Ross (each teams best perimeter defender) won't spend every game in foul trouble. Weird performances by both teams that make it hard to make many predictions for the rest of the series.

Gotta give the Nets their due though. Pierce got clutch as balls down the stretch, and their team defense was crazy good in the 4th.

-Constantly drawing doubles, getting guys good looks, played solid D

Demar Derozan 14 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist 3/13 shooting
-didn't get any of his teammates involved, forced jumpers, played poor D

Looks like pretty obvious which "All Star" showed up today

Refs were probably to busy counting in their heads.

Get some shot clocks before you complain about the refs in the 4th.

It's the first game and the first playoff game for many of the players. Kind of expected. Only I thought Jonas and Ross to be the ones struggling, not Amir and DeMar.

Hey, TOR fans show tons of support, but they aren't very realistic.

I'm so sick of the excuses.

If you go by the posts, you would think the Nets played the best game of the season, were completely on fire, and got every single call, while every field goal the Raptors missed was wide open, they never committed a single foul throughout the entire game, and the refs never called a foul on them.

People cry conspiracy so much that they can't even tell honest mistakes from genuine bad play. I don't know how you can even watch, let alone enjoy, if everything is a conspiracy.

This will be a long series.

The Raptors will play better. Derozan couldn't have played any worse. This is the first playoff game for a lot of Raptor players. Just chill and look forward to game 2.
