That's cool & all, I see where you're coming from but in a hypothetical view that he opts out & is offered 17-18 million would there be a problem since he didn't opt in or no?

For some reason, my mind keeps going back to what Riley did with Miami (Wade/Shaq) - got his players, fired the coach, and won a championship. Not sure if Phil would fire his guy (Kerr, Fisher, whomever) like Pat the Rat did, but joining the coaching staff doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility IMO.
