This is good also.. I've been talking about positive player movement for years now. And the way the triangle operates it's positive player movement toward the basket... another thing we've never had in an offense.

This one was rather obvious.. even if the league hadn't changed somewhat with regards to teams playing small a lot Shumpert and Harper are two different types of players.. Harper was cool, composed and collected whereas Shump tends to be erratic.

And this (the full quote) is a little bit of Phil letting it be known he's not going to beg Carmelo Anthony to stay Which is what I thought from the first press conference and he's trying to make Carmelo feel like he'd be missing out on something good if he left.
