It goes back to priorities.. I would like Phil to focus on other things other than trying to rehabilitate players when there are players that don't need any rehabilitating that would be more than willing to play for us.
No dispute here, the only issue is JR is here and not likely to be dealt.
I cant see Phil doing the rehab himself, but rather the supporting cast of assistant coaches.
If Derek Harper or Fisher for instance was on the staff, I could see either taking that time to get his mental to be serviceable enough to get his game in the range of good enough.
it's only for one year if he opts out, and renounce is always an option at that point, but I agree on finding guys who dont need what JR does, and that is a win in itself because it equals less JR.
