I definitely wouldn't complain. As long as nobody is repeating Andrew Bynum on JJ Barea action, I welcome a hard fought playoff series.

Now if only Jeff Adrien was still around...

Hey, DJ White could pull that dildo out of his ass and smack Lebron lightly enough to get him to crumple to the ground in the weirdest flop in NBA history. :-?

I don't know how I feel about that one.

Hey if we are talking about earning the paycheck how i Haywood these days? He seems to be ideal scrub for this at this point.

Have none of you ever been hit in the throat? I would rather get hit in the balls than square in the throat like that. He is 260 pounds and was moving full speed and then had another 240 pound mans elbow collide directly with his throat. He probably could barely breathe for like 30+ seconds.

Cry wolf case.

I've been hit in the throat like that and I suffered damage to my voice box from it. That doesnt take away from the point that it was a hard playoff foul, nothing more nothing less. You guys who demand suspension for Mcbob over the play need to look back at the 80's and 90's and see the fouls that were commited in those playoff series. Alot of those were just typical fouls. Now in the era of the primadonna athletes, they cry to refs, they plead for harsh penalities, they flop around like Jean Claude Van Damme stunt doubles, and they get beneficial calls that wouldnt even be made in streetball games.

Nobody wants Lebron to be injured, but this is basketball. You cant just walk into the lane in the playoffs without getting some contact that will deter you next time. And besides, didnt Lebron run full speed down the lane, jump into Roy Hibbert and give him the flying Dusty Rhodes elbow that gave him Zab Judah noodle legs? Did Lebron get fined for that? Heat fans really need to buck up.

Read my last post in this thread. I actually agree with this. I don't think he should have been suspended at all and I'm glad that didn't get called a flagrant during the game, although a flagrant 1 wouldn't have been out of the question given how bad it looked, but since it was just an ugly incidental collision and given where the game was at when it happened I think it was handled appropriately. I was just commenting on people acting like Lebron was a baby for how he reacted to it. The collision looked extremely painful to me. Honestly makes me cringe just thinking about getting hit in the throat like that.

I agree with you, it was a ugly collision and I thought Lebron was legitamitely hurt from the elbow shot too, but what doesnt make the foul suspension worthy in my eyes is that Mcbob didnt intend to Dusty Rhodes elbow him in the throat. If he did, then a suspension would be fair. I think he intended to have the elbow hit in the chest area.

Just saw in an interview that Mcjesus wasn't notified of his fine but found out while watching TV. That's a little disrespectful if you ask me.

I'm pretty sure the mass media of ESPN (and others) that blew it out of proportion from the start was more on the case than any public relations of the Bobcats. I don't think it's disrespectful, but maybe odd
