Na I think ppl just love being negative.

its typical bi-polar raptors fans!!1

ask the OKC fans how they feel, a playoff win is a playoff win - doesn't matter if it is 2 pts or 10 pts.

look at the GSW, they bt the clips in game 4 by 20 pts or something & game 5, it was vice versa.

so im glad the raptors won it though!!! :)

This was a prime example of how talented we could be but emphasizes how inexperienced and immature the team still is.

I was livid once the Brooklyn mocking chants started. I remember posting here saying we should do it. Once I heard it, I had this strange feeling things were gonna go downhill.

We clearly get too comfortable and are barely able to recover in time. I'm doing my best to really displace this anger I have with optimism. I'll take it as a wake up call so we won't coast through game 6.

You missed my original point. I was critical of Salmons offensive production. He brought a big 0 on that end of the floor. Nets were playing a frantic high press D. I was just saying Salmons has been ineffective and couldn't make them pay. He's a net negative on the floor ...

Ross wasn't much better but at least we can say he showed improvement today. baby steps for him. Ross' D other than the times he's guarding DWill has been iffy to average.
Prediction
Spurs in 7. Parker MVP. Lebron 6-17fg, 18pt, 8reb, 5 asst in game 7 LOSS.

They blew the whistle tho..

I agree. But it was very risky.

I'm not sure what the outcome would have being though if it was determined a Raptors tipped it. They did review. Maybe the review was about time instead of determining if Raptor player tipped it or not.

They were reviewing the time left on the game clock. Ref blew the whistle as soon as D-Will touched it. Ref was lining up the whistle the whole way as soon as Blatche threw that pass. Obvious backcourt, enjoy the win!

If they said that Demar had touched that ball as Blatche threw it back, then it would have been a legitimate shot and Jonas would have been called for goaltending. Then we would have lost.

I'm stupid happy we got the win but I'll be damned if the possibility of losing like that didn't cause my heart to skip a beat. I hope he never does anything like that again because I'm too young to suffer a heart attack.

They were checking the time. I don't have the rulebook in front of me, but I'm pretty sure they can't count it as a shot attempt if the whistle blew on the touch.

We shouldnt be proud to be up 3-2 in this series and one win away from the second round? Thats such a negative point of view, glass half empty. If you thought the Nets wouldnt make a comeback then youre stupid, every team has been making crazy comebacks in the playoffs. Its not just us. The main thing is we are one win away. In the playoffs, the goal is to get 4 wins, doesnt matter how you get it. Get 4 wins and move on to the next one, and after tonight we are 1 win away from it while the nets are still 2 wins away.

thank you... some perspective... this is so freaking ridiculous... we ARE NOW UP 3-2! WE HAVE NEVER LEAD A SERIES SINCE 2001!!!! WAKE UP! WE'RE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT AND SHOWED WHY WERE A BETTER TEAM THAN BROOKLYN!!!! funny how people give so much credit to brooklyn, funny how a bunch of fans even expected brooklyn to win this series, and then theyre so surprised that brooklyn made a run to get back in the game... people give so much credit to brooklyn, then they just expect them to fold and give up and stop playing... NO, THEY MADE THEIR RUN... AND WE STOPPED IT. WE DIDNT GET IT GET TO US. WE WON! was it a pretty win? NO! but it's the PLAYOFFS, TEAMS MAKE RUNS... but we didnt fold because we have players that are resilient and wanna win... and we did... RAPS IN 6! **** BROOKLYN!

We should have won by 30 but the bench let up and Casey left them out there for way too long. The bleeding should have stopped after they came within 15 but Casey had to roll with Grievous slacking on offence.

mistakes were made. we get it. we won. dont feel sorry for yourselves. move on to the next game and dominate for four quarters. that's it.

Did anyone see the winning probility on sports net?

To start the 4th winning probability was 99.1 %
With a minute and some left it was down to 44%

Lol ouch

Duality on the game tying three by JJ.

On the one hand, lots of emotion pouring out, getting his teammates jacked up = good.

On the other hand, celebrating prematurely like that was one of his game winners at the buzzer during the regular season? = bad.

It ain't over til it's over. This time the Raps made this hold true in a good way. Too close for comfort though.

They blew the whistle, though. They wouldn't count it as a shot attempt. JV knew what he was doing.

Then why did they review the play? They were trying to figure out if it had been deflected. The whistle ends the play. If the review was that they made a bad call then I think I would have been Nets ball. They can't pretend the whistle didn't go and then count stuff that happens after the whistle.

If we ended up losing this game, it would have been the worst loss ever. I don't how I would have been able to sleep.

We all knew a run was coming, but it happened in like the worst of ways as usual. 4 pt plays ??!?!? Terrible possession after possession. ALL IN THE 4TH QUARTER. Like cmon. This was a game I hoped to replay in the future but I'll probably stop at end of the 3rd. Thank God for Kyle "I GOT US" Lowry

As far as jinxes go, I was nervous as soon as Rod Black started gushing at the end of the 3rd. But really, it was Amir and Vasquez who left the door open at the beginning. The crowd had nothing to do with it. The Nets made plays, hit tough shots. We took the game back, let's see how they respond in Brooklyn.
