Why aren't these guys getting fined for this? It was our media complaining about calls, not our actual players and coaches.

I am definitely worried about the whistle we're going to get tonight in Brooklyn now away from our fans that would be all over them with "Ref you suck" chants.

50/50 calls like charges, verticality, loose balls, etc will lean more toward the Nets and Derozan will see an increase in physicality that will not be whistled. I'm surpised Dick isn't calling the game to all but ensure a game 7.

how about they STFU and follow their own advice...smh

Who he hell is running their Twitter account? It's like Jason Kidd's drunk alter ego... which is actually the usual Jason Kidd.

its a veteran attempt at influencing the refs prior to a key game

refs will either appease as they normally do or maybe time has come for Kidd, KG, Pierce

either way if im the raps and there are a couple quick calls I'm pulling JV and Ross and letting bench guys accumulate those early on.

I honestly don't understand the whining going on with this team.

The Nets have easily had the refs on their side the ENTIRE series. Toronto literally has to flop or take charges to get any sort of call from the refs. The Raptors complained about the refs far less when they lost compared to this VETERAN group.

The Nets purposely lost in the final week to matchup against the Raptors...you get what you ask for I guess.

The whining is simple, try to get calls and have an excuse to get out if they lose the series.

This series has been embarrassing for the Nets, from their fans to their play. Kidd is just diverting attention from all this. When you ask for a team and are about to get eliminated by them, it can be embarrassing. This includes Blatche as well.

Makes sense.

I had a chuckle hearing all this garbage when the Nets got the most 4 point plays of all time in one quarter being down 26 to make their run. We are the reason it got to that point by playing idiot ball, but there was no exaggerated flopping by Anderson and Teletubby on those 3's? Please.

Game 1: 8
Game 2: 3
Game 3: 4
Game 4: 4
Game 5: 1

Yup you have been getting to the line there.

I was indifferent to the nets but now I'm just sick of these b****** and hope the raps shut them up for good tonight. I hope the refs don't fall for their BS

Maybe he doesn't get any calls because hes a little "B**** " and he looks like he's half asleep and doesn't even want to be on the court.
On Gerald Henderson vs Derozan:
"Yes. Hendo is quite a bit better than DeMar.
So yes, I do believe he's currently the better player and do project that will continue to be in the future. I would also take Turner over DD."

Game 1: Hahaha this soft team doesn't know what a foul is, this is the playoffs
Game 2: Pretty fair officiating
Game 3: I mean yeah some bad calls at the end but they can't make every right call
Game 4: Wow all this complaining for Toronto is getting them calls now
Game 5: We got jobbed left and right, Livingston was pushed, Valanciunus did a goaltend even though the whistle for a back court was called, we never get the calls or complain about them, which is why we never get the calls

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Circle of life, Hakuna Matata.

Joe Johnson should look at his basketball reference page. He's never been good at drawing fouls. That was a criticism of his earlier in his career.

He's always been like that. The guy has no personality from what I have seen in interview's.

I hope the ref's reward the Nets with even less fouls tonight. Damn, they wanted to drop down to face the Raptor's, now when it gets too hot in the kitchen they want to complain.

I agree.

Scary thought, considering it's mostly been in their favour already.

Joe Johnson has always shy'd away from contact. That is why he gets no calls, stop being ridiculous. Boy, how the tables have turned. Clearly, the Nets focus is to push the story of the refs to try and affect the rest of the series. Can't wait to hear that we eliminated them because of the refs were on our side.

If my Brooklyn drawl is correct, **** outta here with that weak ****!
