Disappointed in CP3. I wanted him to own Steph in this series but he seem to always play lesser than his regular season self in the playoffs.

Im kind of conflicted about his ordeal. Did what he say was wrong and stupid? Uh hell yeah, but if all of my ex girlfriends randomly taped me saying stuff I would probably be in jail. That was completely wrong and that woman is a bitch.

Couldn't disagree more.

Just because you say something awful and disgusting behind closed doors it doesn't make it any less awful or disgusting.

Good point.

I still can't get over what the hell happened. This was some weird ****. Have you listened to the tape? It's just so ridiculous that I find it rather funny than offensive. The man has done way worse things in his life, yet an unintentionally humorous tape leaked by his mistress is the one that will be his downfall.

Seriously... This scandal basically is the 21st century in a nutshell. The man refused to rent out apartments to minorities for years and the fact was well publicised. Nobody cared. A TMZ tape leaks and you can listen to it on YouTube. Everybody's pointing the finger at him.

Obviously, he got what he deserved but... damn, this was one weird scene.

I'm not as offended by the recent Donald Sterling debacle as most "black people". Honestly, it was more of a "thank you for confirming what I already believed" moment than a "I'm hurt by your words" scenario. I probably smirkingly laughed through listening to the whole tape recording

Some of my African American friends were offended, but they basically found it more humorous than anything. People like Stephen A Smith and Bomani Jones used their platform on ESPN to blow this thing all to hell.

Be interesting to see if Kevin Ollie leaves UCONN for the Lakers.

The Lakers would have to offer him a lot of guaranteed money to make him leave UConn after just two years, and the last one being a championship season. Keep in mind that the Lakers still have money tied up in paying their last two ousted coaches, Mike Brown & Mike D'Antoni. I doubt that they'd go out on that limb to pay Kevin Ollie a hefty amount that's difficult to refuse, but then again you never know, the Lakers are swimming in money to throw away, as evidenced by their luxury tax laden rosters and willingness to pay a declining Kobe Bryant over $20 million for multiple years

However, UConn and Ollie have begun discussions on a new deal, but I think he'll use the NBA interest as leverage to make UConn up the ante to keep his services

I dont know anything about what stephen A smith said about sterling but everything bomani jones said was completely on the money. its one of the from times someone took what i thought and completely changed my opinion of them and the subject.

While everybody was busy wondering if Paul George would get suspended from Game 7 for barely stepping on the court during a fight I didn't hear nobody mention that ZBo might get suspended from Game 7 for hitting Steven Adams.

How Dejuan Blair is a pretty dang good role player without a freaking ACL is amazing.

instead of having surgeries to fix them players should just have them taken out and replaced by a band or something

I've had three ACL surgeries... it's truly amazing he can play as well as he does. It's not something you can just tough your way through. I tried playing basketball and soccer pre-reconstruction and I destroyed my meniscus (what Roy and Wade had removed).

**** dude, I've had all sorts of ankle problems over the years from soccer and basketball but if I blew out my ACL once let alone three times, I'd probably quit. You're a tough motherckufer.

I'm obviously a big Thomas Davis fan haha. Only the first one really - I mean, REALLY - hurt. I thought I broke my leg. Once you do it once it's easier to re-injure, basically no matter what they tell you the reconstructed ligaments just aren't as reliable as what you're born with.

The second time hurt, just not nearly as much, and I wasn't entirely sure I'd re-torn it. By the third one it was old hat, I really just wanted to finish my senior year of soccer.

Makes me nauseous just thinking about it.

Edit: Reminds me my freshman year of wrestling, our heavyweight was ranked in the top 5 in the state, in the finals of regionals his opponent landed on his leg after he tried to slam him and his leg bended in a disgusting way. I have panic attacks and bad anxiety with a weak stomach so I went to my corner and passed out. If I ever had a severe injury I would probably rather kill myself.

Haha sorry, obviously it sucks. I'm quite intrigued by Blair for this reason. You can do basic functions without an ACL, so many non-athletes just go without it.

Your meniscus takes the brunt of the pressure when you don't have an ACL, which is how I finished my high school soccer career before going back into surgery afterward.

EDIT for your edit: There were actually two occasions where guys got sick watching my knee give out. My buddy Justin saw it give out on a fall when I tried to play basketball sans ACL, and another friend Phil when I re-tore it.
