Chelsea has reached agreement on a $55.4 million transfer with Atlético Madrid for Diego Costa, according to the Spanish media.
The deal reportedly closed on Wednesday following Atleti's win over Chelsea in the Champions League.
Fernando Torres could return to Atleti as part of the deal.
