It wouldn't be as fun if we didn't get to Eliminate Pierce and KG again.

One of my favorite trolls. How you been :)

I've been fine in real life. As far as my sports life goes being a Knick fan, this has been a pretty terrible year. :banghead:

But right now I'm just focused on the playoffs. This has been an epic first round and I expect this Nets-Heat series to be classic as well. :D

Dirk is now 4-1 in Game 7

I know I may get criticized for this but I think Portland can give the Spurs a run for their money. Spurs struggle with young athletic perimeter players. The only reason why I'm hesitant is because Portland's bench is trash

You KNOW the tired NETS will look to chuck in game 1 hoping for the steal: JJ and DWill make shots and Pierce will make a lot of **** annoying shots as will their scrubs. Win games 1 and 2 and all hopes will be lost with this Nets team. I fully expect our "playoffs rebounding" team to show up and "playoffs rebounding LeBron" and dominate the boards against this team that cannot rebound.

As for the Spurs, completely expected. I was surprised this series went this far considering the Mavs have no defense, just a great offense which isn't enough against the Spurs. I thought it would 4-0 or 4-1.

Looking back at that Lowry play at the end, that was mightily selfish of him. He had no intentions of passing that ball what so ever and the Nets clogged up the paint expecting him to make a hero play

Poor coaching. That whole game thread today I was complaining about how much the wings look off their big men. They were wide open a lot and the guards ignored them. I mean play after play after play. I want to rewatch the series and make a youtube video of all the look offs. But school won't let me :(. There's no trust in Casey's system. I think that's just poor coaching. They need to fire Casey asap. Hire George Karl or Mark Jackson or something. That Raps team had the personnel to dismantle BKN and couldn't capitalize.

They're not fundamentally sound either. They don't use the glass, ever. JV has no touch around the basket. He should be abusing the backboard with his flat shot but he doesn't. Poor. Coaching. When they have wild, full speed drives to the basket, they should be banking it and they don't. Fire Casey, problem solved.

This 1st round was absolute trash.

Seriously, after all the hype of this 1st round (still think it was the best of all-time in terms of play), the ending was really disappointing.

Not one of the 5 gm7s went the way I wanted them to. Not one. That's just terrible luck.
