Spent all day at a Tripple A game... Game sucked but a day at the park rules... Dollar Hot Dogs probably should have been avoided however...

Cinco De Mayo in the South is weird... They had all these people dressed up in Sombreros and fake mustaches... I kept asking the people I was with "Is everybody really OK with this?"
They even did this Three Amigos thing with three mascot chickens...

I guess they figure baby steps on the whole race thing...

No f'king wonder the gym was empty today. I couldn't believe my luck when the squat rack was empty on a monday and I could park right in front. Should have figured today was cinco.

There's been a big push against anti Cinco de mayo campaigns in the Mexican community. I personally don't care since I'm not Mexican and have never celebrated it, but a lot of them are calling I racist when people wear sombreros and mustache etc

Also came home and my girls were freaking out because one of these was on our property...

Western Coachwhip

Turned out it's head had gotten tangled in some netting I used for our garden and what not... I couldn't let him die like that so I cut him out of it... It was a little hairy, but he didn't get me and it felt good watching him slide off...

I guess they're one of the fastest snakes in America...

I tried snake hot pot before. Wasn't something I look to try again, but it was like eating fish or eel.

I went to the gym at six expecting the same thing, unfortunately the gym was just as packed as any Monday. All the regular Hispanics were there.
