Blazers are embarrassing right now. They got rest for closing their series out with Houston in 6 & our suppose to be the younger team...Well right now the Spurs are making them look like the older team & they're looking like a team that just came off rest

This can still be a series considering it's just 1 game but man, this game 1 sucks balls

Some of you guys beat me to it, but the Spurs are definitely a problem. We need to hope someone knocks them off because I'm not sure we would beat them. I'm not a proponent of staying stagnant to win championships, Beasley & Oden were never infused into the rotation so we essentially have the same team as last year that went 7 with them. They implemented their pieces, we didn't. Unless LeBron went super saiyan we could lose in 6

I don't think we would beat the Spurs either. Been saying it for a while now, I'm terrified of that team.

I was terrified of them after we lost to them in SA this year but now that I think about it they got lucky with us. They dared Wade and LeBron to shoot open mid-range Js and Wade and LeBron weren't that confident in their shot. This year with a healthy Wade and a LeBron who learned his lesson last year I am not that scared. Yeah, we would be underdogs against them but they didn't do something special. As long as we stay home with the 3 point shooters and LeBron and Wade take those mid-range Js like they did in games 4 and 7 we can win.

I'm not afraid of the Spurs a big part of their defense working depended on Wade and LeBron not being able to hit perimeter jump shots. If we face them again this year I think both LeBron and Wade come better prepared.

Not scared of the Spurs. I think LeBron and Wade already figured out what to do when they meet in the finals.

The first 3 Finals games last year LeBron couldn't hit a jumpshot to save his life. Averaged something like 18 points on 39% shooting, and we went 1-2.

The last 4 games he averaged 30+ on good efficiency, and we went 3-1.

I can't imagine him having a repeat of those first 3 games if we played them again. As long as LeBron is himself, we'll be fine.

I'm more scared of the Wizards than I am of the Spurs. Nothing against SA, it's just the Wizards can pound the glass.

I feel like people are underrating/disrespecting the HEAT. All this "fear" talk is for pussies. First some of y'all was bitching about playing the Nets on how we should "fear" them & now it seems like every team that is in the playoffs some of y'all are scared of. I even remember some people on here fearing a first round series against the Atlanta Hawks

We're the defending 2x champions. You have to beat us 4 times in a 7 game series in order to be champs, it's that simple. I've been following this team since 04 & witnessed countless first round exits and an embarrassing regular season but I still went down with the ship. If a team beats us in a 7 game series this year just take it like a man & congratulate them. But until then don't be coming up here with that pussy ass "fearing" teams ****. Whether we face the Spurs, Thunder, Pacers, Wizards, Clippers, Trail Blazers idgaf, BRING IT ON

Right now I don't even care who comes out of that Wizards-Pacers series. I'm shocked because I actually thought the Pacers would turn it around in the playoffs but after watching that first round series with the Hawks & this series now it's hard not to root for their demise & laugh at it. Not only are they a rival team but man all that bs they were talking about the #1 seed, how things would've been different if they would've had game 7 on their floor last year, how they don't see us coming out alive in a game 7 in Indy, Roy Hibbert tweeting LMA talking bout see you in the Finals & how they were calling our regular season meetings "Championship games" It's just so hard for me not to root for them to get eliminated before they get to the conference finals. I would love to face them in the ECF because they would die again but man seeing them struggle & possibly getting eliminated before coming to face the big boys (HEATLES) is pure comedy...I ain't worried bout nunthin

Washington has some nice pieces but I ain't worried bout nunthin, they'll die

Clippers, Blazers nice teams but I ain't worried bout nunthin

OKC is hands down our easiest matchup out of all the teams left in the playoffs. We seem them in the Finals this year = same result from 2012...I ain't worried bout nunthin

Spurs are a great team, respect the hell out of them but ain't no way they're going to have miracle games like that from Danny Green, Diaw, (Gary Neal) is no longer with them & also Wade was injured heading into that series. He's healthy this year & like many have stated don't expect LeBron & Wade to not take advantage of the Spurs defense leaving them to shoot jumpers...Nets tried that crap tonight & got dat ass spanked...I ain't worried bout nunthin

Its safe to say, spurs is only team i fear..and only team at this point who i want to be eliminated at all costs.

All the rest, no offence but no match to the heat. OKC are too reliant on durant- westbrook..lebron will cancel that and our role players will beat theirs. Its 4 - 1 win for us. Clippers , well they have great coach ...but not much more u can do..they are not champion team.

My ranking for teams left

1A- Heat
1B - Spurs
3A - OKC
3B - CLIPPERS
5 - Portland
6 - Washington
7 - Pacers
8 - Nets

Which makes the Thunder/Clippers series so difficult.

The Clippers (on paper) should beat the THunder. However, the Thunder are the only team in the west with a real shot to beat the Spurs.

Just think the Clippers would get exposed against San Antonio.

They've got a great coach so there's some hope but I don't see it happening. I think the only team with a chance of beating the Spurs in the west is OKC mainly because Westbrook abuses Parker and essentially takes him out of the game on both ends of the floor. Although after that piss poor performance from OKC in game 1 I'm not expecting much from them. In the end it doesn't really matter we'll face whoever is in front of us.
