Any of you guys ever dealt with being skinny-fat? I am skinny all around, except my belly; thus, skinny-fat. It can be attributed to lots of beer on the weekends and eating fast food at work.
Anyway, my point for bringing that up is to say that it's a true p.i.t.a trying to find out what to eat. I read some articles online stating I should eat anything and everything, but when I do that, it leads to more fat; others say I should eat less, but if I do that, I get thinner.
And none of them give an actual meal plan. They all say to eat chicken, potatoes, pasta, etc., but the only way to get an actual daily meal plan is by paying for their advice via an e-book...
Anybody have suggestions at least? I've looked up myfitnesspal.com and will start keeping track of my daily calories/proteins/carbs intake there. I'm supposed to be eating ~2400 cals/day to maintain 170 lbs, and after I join the gym today, I plan to do 4 heavy lifting days a week.

Does that sound about right?

I know, I know. This isn't bodybuilding.com, but I figured there are enough knowledgeable individuals here that I should be able to extract some useful info.

You go to cancel and they make you go through a maze just to be able to avoid being charged after cancellation.

Where do you live?

Inland Empire; Riverside County.

How close are you to fitness19?? Van Buren and the 91 fwy.
They have a special for 9 bucks a month. I would jump on that. You just pay the first and last month and no sign up fees. Either that or Crunch for ten bucks.

I have both LA fitness and 24 hr fitness. I paid 690.00 for LA fitness for 3 years and 200 a year after that. And my 24 hr I pay 66.00 bucks a year and both gym I have access to every single one of their gyms.

I hope that helps mang?? Sign up. Summer is almost here mang.
