My iPhone 4 is about ready for an upgrade though... What would you do?

Wait till August, if the proposal to buy beats goes through you might atleast get better ear plugs

the iphone 4 is sluggishly slow compared to the 5, theres no way you cant upgrade. plus bigger screen with the 6, which i think will be the perfect size.

Wtf is wrong with BT making GB quality threads?

In other news, I'll be flying tomorrow for a conference but my presentation is on Wednesday. Will try to enjoy the place and socialize more and not confine myself to my room or the hotel's gym.

Yeah, I was going to post about that... We have this Vietnamese family as neighbors and the dad fixes Macbooks... Frankly, he's a nice guy but the setup looks a little shady but he knew the computer went out so he offered to fix it for $150... Which is silly... But we figured if not him, we might as well buy a new computer so we gave him a chance. He was true to his word... Even gave us a loaner Macbook with our HD in it while he worked on it.

Don't know how long it'll last but I still think it was worth it...

Yep, UCSB baby... Like Brian Shaw...

I agree on the size... I do think that will be nice. I just have been impressed with the Samsung phones etc lately and am not sure if I'm just being blindly loyal to Apple... Which might make me a chump.

Are beats actually good headphones? I was under the impression that was all marketing.

I've been tempted to just walk around with my Grado opens, but I fear that might not be hip... Or maybe too hipster...

apple makes really good products, theres nothing wrong with it. the only advantage android has is far superior customization and apps. but if you jailbreak your iphone (which is like mandatory if owning an iphone) then you arent that far off.

as for Beats, they are good headphones, they are just outrageously overpriced, and that comes from great marketing. like you can get a pair of sennheisers or AKGs for way less with greater sound quality, so yeah beats have a real scam going.

Better than the plastic crap you get from apple. I use Shure 215 for work out and Bose QC for work and general use.
