I ain't even mad

Jets could've selected him with any of their 4 6th round picks though.

I don't mind it. CB was a need as well. moocow said the WR I want, but I doubt he's there tomorrow.

Jace Amaro is basically a WR.

Can basically play slot or TE, but Jets need another guy opposite of Decker.

It's fine. More conversation = better. Otherwise it gets boring

I think McCarron would be a nice pick for Houston, if y'all can find a way to get him. Pro style offense and will be coming to Houston with an establish RB and an elite WR. Doesn't hurt at all. Reminds me of Chad Pennington a little?

I mean he can stay......just say we da best

Haha I said earlier jets have always been my 2nd team

I like that last pick by the texans we need a really good nose tackle and the guy has potential he can probably reach with watt reed and Cushing in his ear

I'm not that worried about our running backs. Johnson, Ivory, and Powell isn't a bad committee.

It was more a knock on the McDougle pick. McDougle was projected as a 6-7th round pick. Hes a short, not particularly fast, short armed CB that was hurt more often than not. Yes, there was some buzz about him leading up to the draft but seriously...

He's what Jimmy Graham is. It would still be nice to have another guy on the outside. Although, I guess Amaro is going to be (hopefully) getting a lot of defensive attention so maybe you're right and WR isn't really a need?

I still have hope for Hill, btw.

I think most, if not all teams, are really turned off by him right now. Could be a someone to look at in the undrafted pool.

Damn you, Chiefs.

Didn't realize how slow his 40s were. 4.5-4.6 for both...oy. I remember reading a few months back saying his agent said he was hearing anywhere between 3rd and 6th -- although, that's probably just agent fluff.

Kruase maybe? I want someone on Vandy in NY. Kruase is FAST, solid size for a non-first option (6'1, 210) , and can go across the middle nicely.

Both are probably going undrafted, though. Krause has the better shot of being a late round pick because of his speed and versatility catching the ball...but, like you said, he's an interesting undrafted look.

I continue to wonder how we would have done with a legit quarterback.

It's not just that, but along with his incident off the field that took him off Vandy.

Other than Martavis Bryant (who could be another Hill), the rest of the WRs aren't exactly speed demons. Damn, I wish Jets did more in free agency.

Giants did very well getting more protection with Richburg. He can fill in at Center or Guard as well. Stretched in the 3rd with Jay Bromley.

Jets did very good in the 2nd picking up what some believe is the 2nd best Tight End in the draft. Stretched in the third with Dexter McDougle

Giants 3d rd pick Bromley is a local boy with an incredible backstory.

Syracuse DT Jayson Bromley overcomes dark past for bright future in NFL
Born a crack baby and left on a doorstep in Queens, the 21-year-old Bromley used football to conquer adversity and anger issues.

He avoided the gangs and drugs on the streets of Jamaica, Queens, and the pimps and prostitutes that were frequent visitors to his apartment building. He sidestepped the roaches in his kitchen and the rats in the living room, too.
The only thing he couldn’t avoid was the anger. So a young Jayson Bromley, long before he became a football prospect, became a fighter. He fought anyone, anywhere, anytime, for any reason — mostly for no good reason at all.
“You couldn’t look at him,” says Frances Nimmons, the woman he calls Mom. “If somebody looked at him wrong, he’d fight him. He just was a kid with problems.”
“I had anger problems,” Bromley says. “All I wanted to do was fight people. I’d get mad and I’d black out and you couldn’t control me.”
He never figured out why that happened, despite years of counseling and endless talks with his mother. Maybe it came from the knowledge that his biological mother abandoned him when he was 3 months old, or that six months later his biological father was arrested for murder. Maybe it was all the crime around him, or the rodents that had become like pets.
Wherever the anger began, there was no question of where it ended.
