I'm looking forward to seeing the wrinkles Clifford will instill into the base structured scheme(s) that gave Charlotte success this past season without a ideal fit roster

TNT analyst Steve Kerr is seeking a five-year, $30 million contract to coach the New York Knicks, according to the New York Post.

That's a lot money for a guy that has no track record as coach

I think over 50% of consensus would say so. The trade for Shaquille O'Neal didn't exactly work out

Nets look like the team that went 4-0 vs. the Heat tonight.

Make them bleed please.

Maybe the Pacers can have a resurgence.

Nets win. I would so love to see this series tied. This home court really seems to energize these old banged up nets.

The Spurs look like they can sweep the Blazers. Please don't let me down vs. Miami.

Im glad Otto Porter is a bust, because in any other draft a decent wing drafted 3rd overall paired with Wall and Beal would have been devastating

It's not set in stone that he's a bust just yet but it is a relief to see that he's not a breakaway star in the making right off the back. I feel you on that.

If he is Washington might be worse at drafting top picks then we are, Otto + Vesely is horrible, at least our top picks (Zeller/MKG/Biz) contribute to the team and do something well

Beal was a great pick for the Wiz.

But the Pacers will prevail and maybe the winning will boost their confidence enough to come together in time for the Heat.

Please God.

Unless Porter finds some kind of athleticism in the off season, as in any kind he is screwed

Don't forget Chris Singleton and Kevin Seraphin who are also still on their roster but DNP-CDs. I know they weren't top picks but they were mid 1st rounders that didn't work out for them.

There's a mystery team (not the Knicks, Lakers or Warriors) prepared to make a hard push for Kevin Ollie. They are rumored to be floating an offer over the next day or two.

http://www.nhregister.com/sports/201405 ... ollie-soon

My guess is the Cleveland Cavaliers - that team has so much talent and they don't know what to do with it. They also have major immaturity issues and clubhouse problems. Ollie pulled a team together through an NCAA ban and kept kids like Shabazz and DeAndre Daniels from abandoning the program.

Also, the Cavs have an opening at SF and as you know Ollie and Durant are tight.

Kyrie and Durant tandem?

The Cavs strike me as dreamers, evidenced by their statement about making the playoffs before winning the lottery last year. I think they want to aim high and atone for the loss of Lebron.

I wouldn't recommend Ollie to leave UConn to accept a head coaching job for a mundane & awful franchise like the Cavaliers. He'd mess around and be fired in 2-3 years

They have plenty of talent to work with. He's easy to respect and he's a player's coach. I think he could do it if anyone can. And Kryrie + Durant? C'mon.

You have a wild imagination if you think Durant would choose Cleveland as a destination when he become a free-agent, and then throw in the factor that he doesn't become a free-agent until 2016, I doubt Ollie last until 2016 with a struggling Cavaliers team to lure Durant

1)I think the Cavs are the mystery team mentioned in the New Haven Register
2)I think UConn will up their offer
3)I think Ollie will stay

So it's all moot.
