They will, Stan wants a "stretch 4" like he had in Orlando to re-create his old team based around Drummond

oh god i hope they keep smith

Pistons would be stupid to deal Monroe for Henderson or Zeller, or even both of them.

It's just scarce competition at SG because all of the talented players that should be focusing on being SGs are wasting their talent trying to be PGs. Smh

I'd scalp Jessica Alba for Bradley Beal.

He shot 40% from 3 as a 20 year old. Ray Allen was still in college at 20. He does other things too.

He shot 40% from 3 and still had middling to below average efficiency stats from his PER, TS%, to his eFG%. He's nothing special to me.

But that 40% from deep is what I call an indicator stat. The other stats lag the indicator. He will develop a mid range game. Ray Allen shot 39% from 3 as a 21 or 22 year old.

The form is there. The range is there.

He's deadly.

Theres absolutely nothing extra regular about a 20 year old dang near averaging 20,5,5 in the post season while shooting nearly 43% from deep. Beal is going to be an absolute stud. Hes almost there as it is.

I'm not a Beal fan. He's good but I'll wait before I'll annoint him the next big thing at SG. He might just be the next Allan Houston who was good but not HOF bound.

Kemba - Beal backcourt.

Would be nice. Its all hindsight at this point, though. I still have a ton of faith in MKG.

Me neither. He's been better than I expected, but this playoff run is similar to the one Harrison Barnes had last season. This postseason doesn't change anything for me. At his best he'll be what Eric Gordon was to the Clippers when Blake was a rookie.

I can't wait until we sign Boris Diaw back and he becomes the missing piece for achieving postseason glory.

It's crazy but Diaw is the better version of McBob. We just had a super duper sucky team back then and he was fat. Lol

If Boris Diaw stands near the basket, does his massive gravitational pull on the ball make the ball anymore likely to go in the basket?

Looking over the available free agents I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather just sign a good backup for Kemba and save our cap room for next year. Anyone else in the same boat?

Only if we can't nab Lance.

I'm more than happy pulling off a trade around 24 and other assets for Afflalo regardless of whether that happens or not.

More likely than anyone on the team other than Al Jefferson.

This RIGHT HERE is why Detroit's oft-cited cap space means squat.

It's like we all realize how limiting this class is in how few ways we can get better but yet the very same class is ripe for the picking for Detroit and all its glorious cap space and under no circumstances will Detroit save their cap room for next year because they are determined to screw us out of a good pick.

Detroit could've been a playoff team last season if they had a decent coach. About halfway through the season they were only about 1 game behind Charlotte when Maurice Cheeks was fired

What's that got to do with everyone talking about their cap space as if it means anything for next year? I'll say it again. If I were them I would save my money. The best of this class (Lance and Hayward) won't play in Detroit anyways I bet.
