LA is a Laker town but you do have thousands and thousands of "ALL THINGS LA" fans.. meaning they'll ride hard for the Lakers during their runs and if they fall off and the Clipps get hot then they'll hop on the Clipper ride all under the umbrella of "I''m an LA fan" mantra. And really if they live in LA then I don't have a problem with that. They are LA residents after all. Its not like they live in DC and are Laker fans instead of Wizard fans.

But I've noticed the Lakers have had bandwagon fans during their championship runs also. It is what it is. Just let people do their thing and have fun.. I'm sick of the "Fan Police" personally. I've been a Clipps fan since I've moved to LA and used to go to games at the Sports Arena eons ago but I still have to answer the question every now and then of "oh so how long have you been a fan of the Clippers, this year since they started winning?"--- F*CK YOU!

I didn't realize you were referring to a time you became a fan. I thought you were referring to time when Clippers were very good.

i was a fan before 91, but i do remember rocking a ron harper champ jersey back in 91 when i was a sophomore in high school. I also had mark jackson and danny manning's but abused them all and either lost them or wore out into oblivion and thrown out over the years, but thanks to eBay I repurchased the exact same ron harper jersey from back in the day. only problem is, that now i have become a middle aged family man, I don't fit into it anymore.
ehhhhh f it.

Those were some great teams. Rivers, Harper, Norman, Smith, Manning...so few people actually knows that Doc actually played for the Clippers.

Los Angeles in general is a fair weather city, I don't really care about it, or what other people say.

I will say attendance at Staples has been pretty good now for many years.
