This is where it's killing us that Rickie or Scooter can't play any other positions. Rickie needs to be in there while he's hot.

Brewers need to win 52.5% of their remaining games to finish with 90 wins. Weird to think that they should be in the playoff/division hunt late in the year considering most predictions just a few weeks back.

So GoGo was scratched because of his back injury, RRR insists on keeping Scooter in against righties and keeping by far his hottest hitter on the bench and who knows how long Braun will play. :sigh: this is frustrating to say the least.

I'd really like to see Rickie get a start against a righty. Even a mediocre Weeks > Scooter.

well RRR did it that one time last week, and it worked out really well, so of course hes not doing it again at any point.

Just out of curiosity and in no sense am I saying we should, but with Garza signing a contract with us this off season when can we trade him? Is there a period where he has to stay on our roster or no?

Ah okay, I know in like the NBA you gotta wait like half the season or something. Granted I could be making stuff up too...

Yeah the NBA is weird as far as free agents and trades, but thats because of all the rules as far as salary matching and all that on trades, other sports don't really have those issues because they aren't set up that way.

Its fascinating how Garza turns it on after the first inning. Unfortunately those first inning runs still count and our offense isn't doing ****.
